Very disappointed that the pool was in the shade most of the day and no room for sunbeds to accommodate the 4 of us . We booked it for the pool but had to go to beach each day that cost money we didn’t want to spend 😥

The road outside is super busy so lots of traffic noise and horns going.

It was very spacious. The bed was super comfortable. The prince cafe down the road was perfect made it easy to get food and coffee so the location was good. The pool was clean and big.

No area to sit by pool in sun but that’s no biggie , you are well protected The riverside was more like a big storm drain so lower your expectations if that’s what your looking for

Bedrooms doors having gaps once closed so insects can get in, but with that said we had spray for insects for inside and outside and lotion to put on ourselves so it wasn't really bad , Microwave doesn't work properly

The lounge and kitchen area being outdoor with the pool was amazing, was equipped with spray for insects , water filter that provided hot water, cold water and room temperature water that gets refilled so perfect to make a coffee quickly or fill up your water bottle, spacious bedrooms with own bathroom and toilet that have aircon, beautiful large pool

The entrance up the driveway was on a corner so a little tricky sometimes entering and leaving on a scooter. Nothing can be done to change that though.

The villa was clean and cool. The way the rooms etc were layed out was really good. It was private and easily accessible to shops, restaurants and bars. The pool was amazing and the staff were always smiling and cheerful.

There was a huge resident gecko above the bedroom living room area and it freaked us out on the first night. And it was constantly singing gecko tunes throughout the nights we were there.

Spacious, and even though kitchen area or kitchenware provided looked old and worn out but to be honest- i appreciated the fact that it was Clean. It was truly a home away from home. Thank you very much for your hospitality and staff were attentive and very helpful

Needs updating. There were cracks in the concrete around the pool. The fridge wasn’t cold enough even though it was set to the coldest setting (we had milk in there and it was warm & had to throw out) Decor is old and tired. The bathrooms were not clean. We only used one shower because the other one was gross and the kids refused to shower in there.

Communication regarding check in and and check out was seamless. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Location was safe and quiet. 5-10 minute walk to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Beds were very comfortable to sleep in.

Our villa was close to the street so if your trying to watch tv, sometimes a bike going cast could be a disturbance.

It was a nice outdoor environment. The pool was just next to the living area. You could grab drinks from the fridge and jump in it. The air conditioning in the room was nice and cool. Was a good size for 4 people. The on suite bathrooms were a good size. Wverything was clean.

The stairs to the upper area, felt like we were doing a workout each time we went up and down wich after a few drinks could be a little dangerous but for the most part it was ok, it was also a bit hot but that was just because of the open area it did have a fan though so was cool after a swim

Loves the outdoor scenery, the pool and it was in a secure complex and having a downstairs bathroom so not having to climb the stairs each time was nice⁰

The lock on one of the room's doors didn’t work, so it should be fixed. Also, a more comfortable sofa in the living room would make the space cozier and more enjoyable to spend time in.

The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. It had everything needed – drinking water and various amenities. The pool was clean and well-kept, perfect for refreshing. A great price-to-quality ratio.

Out of the hustle and bustle of Legian, but a short walk to the madness. I thoroughly enjoyed the strolls to Seminyak and Legian. The staff were really lovely and helpful.

For value for money, you can't go wrong. The layout of our villa was great with the bedrooms separated by the (lovely) pool. The location is quiet, just enough off a main street to give you a little bit of peace, and conveniently located near the Prince cafe which does great fresh meals and only 50m up the street. We contacted the host on arriving at the property and they were there within 10 minutes to let us in and show us around.

I only missed a frying pan in the kitchen to fry an egg 😁

The staff was great and very polite. The location was perfect. Laundry, supermarket and restaurants at walking distence. If you need anything, the host Antika will be there for you. Great and clean swimmingpool. Take some cat food and the cat will be quiet at night 😄

There is a kitchen with the very basics. A few additional kitchen accessories would be helpful - drinking glasses, potato peeler, tea towels.

We had a one bedroom unit with pool. Helpful and accommodating team very responsive to requests. Convenient location not far from the main street but pleasantly quiet.

It was not a new villa but was very clean and tidy. The road was a bit dark at night in few sections leading to restaurants but daytime was no problem at all.

Rooms were spacious, evrything worked, pool was nuce size and enjoyable. It was worth the price which i had paid. Was very close to restaurants and shops

I liked most things it was lovely & they gave us a great room, better than I was expecting. The only thing was the location, on arrival the river in front was flooded & it wasn't super close to the main strip, it was a fair walk everyday or a motorbike taxi. Traffic can be pretty hectic at times & slow if there is a group of you requiring a car.

The hosts were great, although I didn't meet them in person, but did meet the hosts son. They were gracious enough to arrange a driver for us from the airport which was very helpful

We arrived in the evening and didn't have access to WiFi to contact owner for keys, so we were lucky that one of us had used roaming network signal to call the contact number to come and open room for us. Thankfully it only took five minutes after the call.

Listened to pre instructions about having items in the fridge (water/soft drinks) Pool was very nice, and layout of the villa. Staff always ready to assist
