Nice big family room with balcony, view to the harbour. Short walk to boat docking area. Quick check in and clean property. 5-10 walk to Starbucks or KFC, or nice seafood stall Kuliner 22.

This is the worse hotel i have ever stayed at. The shower was cold and air-con broken! We told them first night and it was not resolved i asked to speak to the manager and he was not In the hotel. I was here for two days and both days i could only speak with the manager over the phone. He did nothing to help me and told me i was lying. Asides from these issues the shower flooded the whole room, the door was broken and unable to lock grey towels, the rooftop was under construction and not open to the public! Worst thing for me is the manager who i still have not seen after two nights telling me i’m lying over the phone and didn’t follow through with giving me a refund if the issue was not resolved as promised- he called me a lier instead!

This hotel location is very strategic. Walking distance to the cafe, souvenirs shop, strolling in city and to find agency shop for activities. Grab bike too is easy to find. You also can walk to the port for sailing activities. For the room, we choose the family room. Can accommodate 4 people. Water pressure is superb. The room & bathroom is clean. This room type also has balcony you can chill. You also can request hotel to manage for an airport transfer. Overall, we had no regrets stay here for our 3 days 2 nights.

The room was clean, hot water (almost all days), air condition and cheap price. The receptionist was very friendly.

The only problem is the noise from the bar under the hotel. Is very noisy until 3:00 am. then the noise comes from the mosque...

I like location in the centre of Labuan Bajo, close to the port and small markets.

The room was without window. On 3th floor there was work of renovation, so rooftop was not available to stay.

Location is excellent. Room and bathroom cleaned daily to a good standard. Very gentle and friendly staff.

Room is very small, with just enough space to walk around the bed. Major renovation on the first floor was quite bothering with noises, when staying in the room during the day.

Great location, funky style but beware.

Photos don’t match the offering. Nightclub below went till 4am and then Mosque started at 5am. Room was unclean, due to the hotel being under renovation. Cobwebs on walls, shower wasn’t sealed properly. The rooftop bar was shut down. Staff were lovely but beware the photos look great but reality is different.

I had a very comfortable stay at Dejavu 2.0. It is located directly opposite the jetty and is only 10 minutes drive to the airport. Although the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, I was pleasantly surprised by how well it was managed—there were no disturbances at all, and the ongoing upgrades show great promise for an even better guest experience in the future. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the overall ambiance remained welcoming. My room was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. One suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a self-service laundry facility for guests. It would be a convenient option, especially for those staying longer or after dive trip. Overall, a great stay and I look forward to seeing the upgraded version of the hotel next time!
