Rooms are big. Garden is good, location is excellent near shops and in center Ubud. Amenities in the room are standard. Air con is cold. Service is very good

There’s no one to attend in case of any need.

Property is wonderfully located. Does not have food facility. It provides good room with attached toilet and balcony. Quiet and nice to stay.

The Dewi Ayu property is absolutely beautiful -- so much lush greenery and colorful flowers. I couldn't stop taking photos. It's an excellent location right in the center of downtown, but a green, quiet oasis set back from the street. The staff are incredibly welcoming, kind, and helpful. It was a pleasure to see them each morning for breakfast. And as a solo female traveler, I felt super safe. Whenever I get back to Ubud, I'll be staying here!

Too close to Monkey Forest with many monkeys in the area. Also, make sure to bring your own electrical outlet converters if you are not from a country that uses two round pin plugs, Bali/Ubud accommodations normally only have that type of outlet.

Room is very basic (no cup, no hanger, no free bottle water, no toiletries but only two bath towels and toilet paper) but bed is very comfy and AC works well. Close to Monkey Forest but we didn't appreciate it as a couple of monkey attacked us and stole our snack. When we walked outside, we were so afraid of carrying any food or drink. Monkeys were also coming to the property and they were fighting almost every morning although the staff were trying very hard to keep them away. Breakfast is simple but freshly made. Staff was very helpful despite that we had to wait for more than 30 minutes to check in as there was nobody at the reception desk when we arrived around 1pm (later we learned the lady was doing cleaning). The garden was absolutely beautiful, well kept.

Some umbrellas around the pool and cushions for the chair would be nice so that way you could enjoy the pool more. Also a trash can in the bathroom or room in general would be good. The room has besides that everything you need, just doesn’t have any real charm.

The location of the place is great. It’s close to the city center within walking distance and to the monkey forest as well. The pool was clean and the garden around it as well. The family is really nice and sweet and my room was clean and they offered to clean it daily which is nice but not really needed. The breakfast was decent and whenever you needed something they would make sure you got it. I can recommend this place!

We loved the view into the jungle and the garden around the bungalow. We loved the pool, the really good breakfast and the gorgeous staff, always happy & laughing. We loved the fact that Dewa is always willing to help, whether if its for credit for our phone, information or storing something.
