Not enough drinking water supplied. We never managed to get a straight answer on how to fill up other than to purchase at high prices from the restaurant so we ended up feeling like we were doing the wrong thing by filling up from the gym.

The beach unfortunately cannot be used, delimited by a huge rocky barrier. No swimming possible in the sea in front of the hotel. The breakfast is nothing special. Room style is quite basic.

The location is beautiful. A wide garden full of coconuts trees offers an amazing view on the Java/Bali strait. Nice swimming pool and comfy sitting areas in the greens. The atmosphere is breezy and cool.

Maybe, one more medium towel in room. Personally i did not like the mint smell of the shower gel, but it is really tiny details.

Everything... The park and pool are so beautiful. Thank you and welldone to the gardeners. Miko at the reception was very helpfull and he organized our train reservation. Thank-you for the up grade. Our sons really appreciated. Riski and all the restaurant team were very professional. The food is really good with top quality. Welldone to the chef in kitchen, with his amazing croissants, like in France. It was a real pleasure to have a rest with you. I hope to come back...

The breakefast is variable and good but we had higher expectation for the restaurant( lunch and dinner) it could be more variable and tasty, i mean the breakefast was better than the dinner. The deserts are better than the main course, this is what I mean. The room is clean and ok, but the pillows could be more confortable, i could not have a good sleep on them.

The accomodation js really nice, we loved it, from exterior is soo modern and well capted, the pool is really good, the employees were all kind.The speciality coffe and the cappuccino with oat milk were very good and wingko ( deseret)it is a must try. Anyway best hotel in Banyuwangi

One thing that could be improved is the menu at Casa Banyu restaurant. The food was tasty, but the options were quite limited, so I didn’t have many choices during my stay. It would be great to see more variety in the future. Overall, I truly enjoyed my time here and would love to come back. Thank you for the relaxing experience!

I had a wonderful stay at Dialoog Banyuwangi! The hotel has a beautiful design, peaceful atmosphere, and friendly staff who made me feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the view of the ocean was just amazing — especially during sunrise.

1. They only open the pool from 6am to 6pm which means no evening swim, such a shame considering how amazing the view is. 2. We couldn't leave some food on the counter unattended cos it will attract ants and quite lot of them. 3. The room price is quite high considering that our trip was on low season

I was unwell and did not feel that going to the restaurant was an option. I waited over 70 minutes to have a starter, dessert and a can of sprite sent up through room service. I assume they were busy…

Everything! The layout of the accomodation blocks in relation to restaurant, pool, bar and garden. The room interior. The spectacular view towards Bali across the pool. The outstanding staff, helpful and going the extra mile. It is kid friendly.

This is my 1st time in Banyuwangi. The main reason I chose this hotel because of the location and facilities. The staff is so friendly. Upon arrival from Ijen hiking I was greet by the receptionist and gave us a short brief about hotel. Welcome drink and warm towel provided. I don't have to wait long to check in. Restaurant offered a variety of dish. From local to international cuisine. Gym and swimming pool are available too. Very clean and well maintain by the staff. Landscape around the hotel is so green. Feel fresh. Restaurant is open air concept. Guest can enjoy the meals nicely and calm and the view is breathtaking. The hotel is just beside the sea and offered the view of Bali island on the side of Banyuwangi. Room was nicely done. Comfortable bed and very spacious. At night, guest can just sit at the balcony and enjoy the sound of the sea. Morning will be greet by the sound of the birds.

The breakfast was outside. When the sun is shining it was very hot in the breakfast area. The ceiling fans were not working. The second day the staff turned on a Dyson fan. That was convenient.

Very nice scenery and view. We got a free room upgrade. Thanks! We had a nice welcome chat with several staff members. All of them were able to talk English.

The amenities in the room is so minimal. No fridge or chiller, unless you do special request. Little bit of storage. No safe deposit. The room size is also a bit too packed.

It is a really beautiful hotel. The garden is really nice with coconut tree and green grass where we can walk, sit or run around. The view to the beach is also really beautiful, although the beach itself is dirty.

The only thing that surprised us is the mosque that is very close to the hotel and depending where you are in the hotel you can be awakened by the prayers at 4am in the morning. But this is a very small inconvenience compared with all what the hotel can offer.

Beautiful hotel grounds, lovely swimming pool, restaurant served delicious food for dinner and breakfast. Very peaceful and relaxing ambience. My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful Bali massage at the spa. We would definitely stay again if we return to Banyuwangi!
