Staff is very friendly and helpful, shower is warm, clean and has good pressure. The pool is lovely and beds sleep well. But most of all the location is very close to the airport and offers a very good quality for an airport location. If you have a little day spare you can also visit Kuta which is only half an hour drive. I think this place has a too low rating on Booking. Really recommend this place before your flight!

The back door of the hallway was left opened and there were lots of mosquitoes coming in. The bedsheet we had was really old.

The facility in my bathroom wasn't in a proper condition but I am an easy person so I just went through with it as it was less than 16hrs stay. I only needed a room to catch a flight the next day. The staff at the front & their website need to be more clear on the free shuttle agenda not only saying the hotel provides a free shuttle to the airport. I don't mind paying at all but it needs to be agreed and clarified beforehand. Other than this, nothing critical or requires improvement.

I was a bit disappointed with the "gym" which was advertised, it was just a small room with a pingpong table and a couple of free weights. I was hoping for more of an actual gym facility. I was also a bit stressed that the free shuttle didn't run early in the morning, so I had to arrange a ride. These were two reasons I initially booked this location.

The room was very clean and the property was very well maintained. I enjoyed the food in the restaurant and room service as well, and the staff were very friendly. It was a nice place to stop over before my flights.

Staff didn’t speak much English at the restaurant and not understand what I ask for. Many childs shouting in the corridors at 6am in the morning, the breakfast time very noisy, I think they should have late breakfast to don’t disturb other guest as the sound proof. Music in corridors very loud and disturbing. Not a great place to sleep overnight before taking a flight. They should change many things

Aircon wasn't working when we checked-in, but engineering team was quick to come and try to resolve it. Couple of hours later aircon worked fine. Drainage at shower drains very slowly
