Nothing loved it all

Room was excellent with very comfy bed the spa outside was a beautiful finish to a hard day shopping and walking thee sights. Breakfast was an all day breakfast it was a pitty my stomach wasn't big enough to have all in 1 sitting

The noise of workers at night while people are sleeping isn't good although they need to do these things after hrs so it doesn't interfere with day time activities

It had things for everyone to do. It was also close by a lot of shops and markets.

You had to go through a narrow road to get there.

We had an incredible stay at Four Points by Sheraton, which made our girls' trip truly unforgettable! The hotel's location near Beachwalk mall was perfect, with plenty of shops and cafes within walking distance. The hotel's facilities were amazing, especially the pool that we could enjoy right from our balcony. The float in the pool was super comfortable, and we loved lounging on it all day. The service was top-notch, thanks to the wonderful team. Housekeeping staff Augustana and Juliana were always available to help, even when we had multiple requests. They delivered with a smile every time! During breakfast, Joe and Artha checked in on us regularly, ensuring we had everything we needed. The complimentary desserts on our last day were a lovely surprise. Even Sayka, who escorted us to the taxi on our departure day, shared stories and made us feel at ease. Every staff member we met provided exceptional service that felt genuinely warm and welcoming. We felt right at home, despite our short stay. Thank you to the entire team! We're already looking forward to our next visit.

The staff are super friendly and go out of there way to assist in any way they can. There is a wide choice of foods for breakfast. Aircon works well.

Room was a little small, didn't have much space to put suitcases.

Great location. Staff are wonderful. Rooftop pool is awesome. Kids club is great for younger kids.

Lack of sunbeds around pools. Cost for food and drinks.

The staff was super friendly & the breakfast was amazing, the location was really central, within easy walking distance to most places. The rooms were very clean, couldn’t fault them. Showers were decent pressure and good temperature. The pools were also very clean, with nice music played on the upstairs pool during the day.

Beds & pillows were uncomfortable after about 4 nights, woke up sore back & neck. Balcony is silly, only room for one guest. They would be better taking out that recessed window area, and increasing the balcony space so that two people can sit out there together. The recess space is just a total dead space. The coffee is dreadful! Even if they make you a fresh one in the morning at breakfast, it’s like rocket fuel. Could do with more shaded sunbeds.

Located at the heart of old town, hotel is surrounded with vibrant shops and bars, but at the same time its comfy and quiet inside. Insanely nice beds, and beautiful, polite, and welcoming staff.

Highly recommended! It was just amazing! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. In the evening, there was not only live music but also various performances, which made it very enjoyable. The hotel also has a beautiful terrace. The beds were extremely comfortable!
