Lovely pool, warm and clean.

For the size of the property there were absolutely not enough sun loungers around the pool or on the beach, 40-50 with a hotel with several 100 rooms and not many attractions nearby.

Staff! Very helpful but sometimes a little undertrained… Pools were fantastic, grounds lively and location spot on.

First room had bad air con/musty smell so they moved us immediately. Second room pillows smelt awful of body odour, but again they were super quick to rectify and provide new pillows. Bbq buffet night - food was plentiful.

The property was beautiful, the surroundings wonderful, excellently designed, the rooms very spacious with a stunning sea view, and the staff – I have never met kinder and more helpful people.

Nothing - everything was perfect. The only suggestion would be to increase the number of sun loungers and umbrellas by the pool – during higher occupancy it can be difficult to find a spot in the shade. I didn’t always understand (from the Asian menu) what was being served for breakfast – perhaps a short description would be helpful.

Our 2-night stay at the 4 Points Sheraton was excellent and very relaxing. The shuttle bus from the ferry terminal was easy and communication by the staff was clear. We arrived at peak check-in time and unfortunately our room was not ready. Due to some issues, it took 90 minutes for our room to be ready, however the staff were exceptional and very apologetic. They gave us a free dinner at the restaurant, delivered fresh fruit and rinks to our room, and then provided a complementary upgrade to a villa for our 2nd night. The room was fantastic - spacious, well appointed and a great ocean view, however the villa was absolutely amazing. It was the nicest accommodation we have stayed in. The private pool and outdoor furniture was great and the room was huge. Certainly the largest bathroom we had ever seen with indoor and outdoor showers. Staff at the spa were professional and of very high standard. Breakfast at the restaurant was plentiful and great local and western selections. Dinner was also great. We tried only Indonesian specialties such as Pulai Gakis, with Djamu to drink. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and very keen to talk about the local fare. Check out was easy and the shuttle back to the ferry ran on time and maximised our time at the hotel. The staff were all fabulous. Very special mention to Gede for his exceptional service, Viona at check-in and Dona in the Restaurant were amazing too. We will certainly return.

The hotel was near-perfect, but be aware that the available shops in the adjacent Lagoi Plaza are limited. Great for a short stay but you may struggle to be occupied for a long stay as there are limited food and entertainment options close by.

in front of the beach, price is reasonable, water was warm. i like the gym too. the spa was great.

sheets smell old. noticed small stains as well.

staff were great, house keeping made our room up for our anniversary as a surprise, really nice, kept us with lots of water.

prices, so expensive to eat and drink in the hotel, advertises a plaza next door, only a few shops were open.

Me and my friend loved everything! We were there to take a break and also celebrate her birthday.

Like the pool and comfortable clean room. Thanks to the kind and helpful staff who decorated the room in celebration of my hubby’s birthday!

Limited in-house activity - I was looking forward to the aqua aerobics at the pool (as per daily activity schedule) but no instructor was there. Variety of Food - limited choices

Large property, friendly staff, nice breakfast with good variety. Room was a good size.

Gym was sandy on the floors and the exercise mats provided. Housekeeping did not remove a plate in the room.

Great facilities - we enjoyed the pool and having drinks at the Lagoi Bar. Easy access to the beach was good too, with a short walk to hire kayaks and to the Plaza shopping centre.

The dinner on our last night there (Wed 13th) wasn't up to scratch. One of us had the Australian beef and the meat was very tough. The staff did swap it for another meal at no charge, but by the time that arrived I had nearly finished my meal, which is not ideal. Also, one of the waiters dropped a dish with sauce on it. He apologised but didn't come back to clean up and no-one else did either. We had to ask someone to clean the floor beside us.

Great Pool and extremely friendly staff

A strange smell in the bathroom and a in the room of our kids.

Big comfortable modern room with good amenities. Wooden floor with a good wardrobe and space for unpacking. The mattress was firm and the room was clean. Great beach and very pleasant and polite staff.

There was a musty smell in the room could not be gotten rid off despite opening the terrace door.

Close to ferry, nice breakfast, ocean view room has a beautiful scenery.
