The bathrooms did smell of urine. The aircon broke and leaked in our room and my husband was told to wait in the room while a maintenance man came which waisted a few hours of our holiday as we had to repeatedly ask when they would arrive? The kids play area had some broken parts. The hotel breakfast was over priced and limited to what was on offer

The property was able to be booked next door to our family so thank you for organising that. The location on the beach was great for dinner at the doorstep, close to spas and activities. Rooms very large and comfy beds. Mini bar and waters stocked was a nice touch.

It was noisy. The nightly fireworks across the road at the beach were something I was not expecting. It was literally like they were being set off next to us in bed. Which isn’t ideal with small kids unless they sleep like my child does and doesn’t hear anything! The check in was SLOWWW. Definitely do not plan to be here to check in before 2pm.

It was clean. The reviews are spot on. It’s old but clean. The staff were great. Location is literally across from the beach. Shopping and laundry services 1 min walk away. Surrounded by great food places too. They went above and beyond for my birthday too delivering me a cake which was lovely. Especially since I didn’t mention it was my birthday at all whilst we were staying there. It was genuinely a lovely surprise.

The remaining facilities were very dated. The breakfast was genuinely one of the worst breakfast experiences. Wouldn’t recommend very expensive and food subpar. Laundry was unnecessary complicated as staff insisted on a detailed list of laundry down to number of socks.

The rooms and bathroom were reasonably good. The location to the beach was ideal.

The facilities, food, and drinks here are fine but not excellent. Be aware that the on site play centre requires parent supervision. Feels more like a nice apartment complex than a resort

We stayed in the penthouse rooms. Massive balcony with awesome views, lovely large living areas. Definitely a highlight of our trip. Kids loved the pool, huge hit. Right across the road from the beach and a bunch of cool restaurants on the beach.

The rooms and hotel in general is a bit run down, could use a renovation.

Beachfront location was perfect, walking distance to everything you need. Breakfast and food at The Deck was all top-notch. Friendly and helpful staff. Waterpark and pool is great for kids and the Waka Waka indoor playground too. Spa is beautiful and the massages there are fabulous.

The pool area looks great but it is pretty unsafe especially for children. The pool floor is slippery throughout. There is no grip on the tiles / steps in and out. The children’s pool has floor covering to reduce the slipping but it is laid down very poorly and is a major tripping hazard. Added to this the slides / play equipment are all solid steel so if you slip / fall you are going to band yourself pretty badly. There is a water gun in the kids pool which is again solid steel with dodgy mechanisms. Saw a few kids get trapped fingers. The children’s pool wall has gaps in it too so there is water leaking out in to the adults pool. Not an issue now but over time this wall will collapse. The hot water in our room broke a few times and needed a technician which is a pain when you are needing to wash kids after a beach day. We had a cot in our room and on the last few days, the padding came away and my daughter got her foot trapped. On closer inspection, the bottom of the cot was held together with safety pins. This is a major suffocation / strangulation risk. They changed it for us immediately but this is not acceptable. Whilst housekeeping came in every day, I’m not convinced they really cleaned the place apart from changing towels, making beds and emptying bins. I’m not sure how often our bed sheets were changed during two weeks. I saw them use the same cloth to wipe surfaces (including bathroom) and clean dishes. Never saw a mop for cleaning the floors. The floors around the resorts and in the rooms are very slippy and there is lots of glass both in the resort and in the rooms (glass doors, lots of windows). Finally, the day one of our party left, we asked reception to call a taxi for us. They tried to book one of their private transfers for 500k. A bluebird taxi is only 100k max even cheaper via Grab app. I would say this hotel is 3*, we got a good price for it but it is not luxury and is a good base.

The rooms are very big, we had a 1 bed apartment and it was very spacious for two kids and two adults. Another person we travelled with was in a one bed and this was slightly smaller than ours. We hired an extra bed and cot for the room and there was still plenty of space. There is a day bed too so if I had known this, probably wouldn’t have hired the additional bed. The beds are very comfy. The gardens are really beautiful. Staff are very helpful and kind. They were really good pre arrival when we needed to amend the booking. During our stay, any issues were sorted quickly. Breakfast is good and huge variety but did get a bit repetitive towards the end of our stay. Room service and pool / bar menu are reasonable and good food. Great towel rental and toys available for children in the pool / to take to the beach.

The buffet breakfast wasn’t as good as others we have had in Bali and the restaurant is pretty average. However there’s lots of options around

The pool is great for kids, yes there are some parts that look “unsafe” but remember this is Bali. We also had no issues. A bigger or another pool would have been great but it served its purpose for us!

Pool is ok. But Kids waterslide was broken and did not seem like they were in any hurry to get it fixed. Buffet breakfast was just ok. It's rated 5 stars but I don't think it's 5 star, maybe 3.5-4 stars.

Great spot. 2 br suite was a good size for a family of 4 or 5 and pretty decent value compared to some other places. Overall pretty good and would stay there again if in Legian/Seminyak and if they keep their prices competitive.
