Rooms are quite small, but for 1 or 2 nights is OK. It was clean. There are several supermarkets around.

It would’ve been nice to be able to check in a bit earlier rather than wait until exactly 2pm on the dot to let us check in. We sat around in the lobby for an hour and half. There’s a 100.000 charge as a deposit when checking in FYI for those not aware as we weren’t. They do cash only or you need to give ID of some sort for them to hold.

The room was great and overall good value for money. Hotel is right next to a grocery mart so easy to grab things.

Homey atmosphere, clean, tidy, safe, the staff is kind and cares about the guests. For those who want coffee, tea, hot water for noodles, instant porridge, hot water is always ready. Thank you to all the staff and keep improving.

It will be great to have another trash bin in the room, not only in the bathroom. They need to check for the soap, no need to make it full, but at least adequate.

I like the compactness of the room. I stayed in a single room for 2 nights, and it was just perfect for a solo traveler like me. Location near to Indomaret, not so far from Sawah Besar Station, and a lot of options for food delivery nearby.

The rooms were too small. I asked many times to get a bigger room, but unfortunately I couldn't get one. The location is not that good, but you can use the Grab application to solve this problem.

The staff is wonderful. Very polite. Very welcoming. The cleanliness is superb. Your towels are changed regularly with clean ones. A very quiet place.

Tiny bathroom. Hotel was not in the best condition for a place that's only been open a year. Staff friendly most of the time but seemed very indifferent in general. Didn't say hello to me once, and didn't reply when I greeted them.

Good location, indomaret right next door. Free and tasty coffee. Comfy beds, good wifi (but that depends on the room you're in).

The place is located in a quiet place of Jakarta but still close to everything. After doing some research I found out the hotel has only been open for one year but everything looks clean and well maintained. Spacious rooms, clean, clean bed sheets, and a little coffee / tea corner downstairs in the lobby. Felt very clean and safe in this place. We traveled as a couple and we will deff go back to this place again.

The bathroom is really small and it's difficult to sit on the toilet as it's really close to the door. Also you have to have some cash because they take a deposit for the room.

The room doors are so thin that everything single sound in the corridor is perfectly heard. So you can hear everything new arrived guest on your floor.

The WiFi was not very fast and required frequent logons The room was not big, and the bathroom was so small I was not able to close the door while using the toilet The water heater's volume was barely enough for one person

It was generally good, but judging from the other reviews, I was expecting more from the staff. They are generally friendly and good at basic information, but not much beyond that. For example, if you ask them for the highlights, they'd recommend you a museum - on a day it's closed! So make sure you check the opening hours before following their advice. Traffic in that area is super congested so if you want to change plans midway to visit another area across the city, commute is really long (i.e. 1h). Better find a real tourist information center and pepper them with questions to help you come up with a plan. The staff here are good at yes/no questions and can help you with the hotel facilities but not much about the city or beyond the manual. Bathroom can be a bit awkward to navigate when wet after shower, but this is not that much of a problem with some planning.

1. I’m not sure that I got a clean bed linen, because there was some dirty spots and hair. Unfortunately I found out that in the morning, because I checked in after 20 hours of flight and wasn’t able to research it. Also there was dusty floor and shelves. However, It wasn’t the worst experience.

There were nice and friendly staff, that a few time were really helpful. Big comfortable bed, nice TV, conditioner, warm water at shower, and also new toothbrush with toothpaste if you forget your. Not bad for price and location.
