Comfortable bed Clean Friendly staff Quiet outside at night A-C

Little noisy from behind your room door

Rooms are quite small, but for 1 or 2 nights is OK. It was clean. There are several supermarkets around.

the hotel is conveniently located right next to an Indomaret, and apon arrival will provide some fresh water for drinking, the room is spacious, has toilet paper, towels, sheets and everything you may need, definitely recommend, the staff there are always nice and helpful and so are the security guys, the hotel even takes care of one cat, which is super cute, definitely recommend 10/10

The best part of this hotel was its staff—friendly, kind, and courteous, always greeting guests with big smiles and a warm, welcoming attitude. The room was clean and cozy, and the location was excellent, close to attractions, local eateries, and a convenience store.

The toilet was small with an awkward layout—washing my face was quite a challenge. Also, hot water was only available in the lobby, which was a bit inconvenient.

The room was great and overall good value for money. Hotel is right next to a grocery mart so easy to grab things.

It would’ve been nice to be able to check in a bit earlier rather than wait until exactly 2pm on the dot to let us check in. We sat around in the lobby for an hour and half. There’s a 100.000 charge as a deposit when checking in FYI for those not aware as we weren’t. They do cash only or you need to give ID of some sort for them to hold.

Very noisy room all the time. The was always the nosie of machine or water pump that I couldn't sleep at night. Also shower water cut all the time.

Homey atmosphere, clean, tidy, safe, the staff is kind and cares about the guests. For those who want coffee, tea, hot water for noodles, instant porridge, hot water is always ready. Thank you to all the staff and keep improving.

The employees are extremely sweet .They are always willing to help and they speak good English.

The bed sheets was so smelling . Most likely house keeper forget change it or didn't change on purpose . Good things are reception immediately ask to them to Clean up however still bit smelling. Also I asked to them lundry . It was looked okay but smell was too strong like spray. I wear it but my skin being so itchy and I had to wash it again . So my complain basically come from smell issues this time. It was nice to stay there if there isn't smell issues

I booked this place one day before and I didn’t have too many expectations, but since the first moment the staff was super helpful even though they didn’t speak English. They moved me to a larger room as available without me asking and they gave me every day a different breakfast. The structure is pretty clean, easy to reach by taxi or grab. To make the stay even more beautiful was the presence of Suprapto, a member staff that he used to share is precious time with foreigner guests. We went out to dinner and get a great coffee, making indelible memories!

Maybe the Wi-fii, but it's fast enough if you just want to use Whatsapp, Instagram and other social network

I like the compactness of the room. I stayed in a single room for 2 nights, and it was just perfect for a solo traveler like me. Location near to Indomaret, not so far from Sawah Besar Station, and a lot of options for food delivery nearby.

It will be great to have another trash bin in the room, not only in the bathroom. They need to check for the soap, no need to make it full, but at least adequate.

The staff is wonderful. Very polite. Very welcoming. The cleanliness is superb. Your towels are changed regularly with clean ones. A very quiet place.

The rooms were too small. I asked many times to get a bigger room, but unfortunately I couldn't get one. The location is not that good, but you can use the Grab application to solve this problem.

Good location, indomaret right next door. Free and tasty coffee. Comfy beds, good wifi (but that depends on the room you're in).

Tiny bathroom. Hotel was not in the best condition for a place that's only been open a year. Staff friendly most of the time but seemed very indifferent in general. Didn't say hello to me once, and didn't reply when I greeted them.
