Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. HungaryThe whole place is very outdated, everything needs full repair. Probably 20 years ago it was nice but nowadays everything is dirty and falling apart. Sad, because it could be good if they spend money for the maintenance.

Malaysia-toilet is dirty -towels are smelly -hot water not hot enough -flush is broken -wifi on and off -room is not soundproof at all as stated in the description. you can hear at movement of furniture at next door. and noise at the hallway. -breakfast is so so

The room was quite spacious. Good location. Lots of channels on the TV. We stayed for 2 nights and breakfast on both days was different. Usually hotels will give same breakfast everyday. King sized bed.

the staff really helpful. they help to bring me to foot therapy due to my injuries. sending my shoes to fix. really good hospitality and services. it should be 5 starts services.
