I had a wonderful stay at the MORAZEN Hotel. The rooms were clean, modern, and well-equipped, and the staff were consistently attentive and courteous throughout our visit. The location is also convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. What really stood out to me was the level of service. I truly appreciated that although the gym and swimming pool were supposed to close early, the staff extended the closing time by an hour just so we could use the facilities. That thoughtful gesture really made us feel welcomed and valued. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing and guest-focused hotel experience.

No fridge in room just display cabinet .. came late so didn’t use the pool and was closed for a function but seemed mostly under covered .

Swimming pool closed for renovations sadly, and hot water bath is warm not hot enough

The staff service was exceptional. Made a comment that it's our honeymoon and the staff made an effort to make a new welcome sign on the mirror, and the swan was the best we seen around. Room ambience was great and very clean too, our room have good view of the airplane taking off too! Bed was extremely comfy with bolsters! Our hair dryer stop working halfway, and they were quick to resolve it

I like it very much, everything is perfect. Located right in front of YIA, the hotel offers free shuttle bus to the airport every half and hour which is very convenient. Top tier service, cleanliness, choices of food, and staff friendliness.

Nothing was fabulous

For an overnight before a flight this place is awesome. Good breakfast great staff superb rooms. Only missing a robe in the rooms but that’s just me suggesting one small improvement. Free shuttle to airport beautiful surroundings.
