Super hotel in everything, great service from all staff, all facilities working well, great roof swimming pool, superb breakfast! I repeat breakfast, ok, although we are not eating heavily in the morning, but for those who do, this is the best place, best breakfast options among ~20 hotels in two countries, we also enjoyed it so much. Option to choose a smoking room or not, and we chose the non smoking room, although my friend is smoking, she could go either to the top swimming pool area, or better to the convenient external area next to the bottom restaurant. We were offered from the start 2 room card keys, very thoughtful of the reception lady :-)

It is not in the best neighbourhood, there are no shops or tokos nearby, only very busy streets.

The room was comfortable and clean. The swimming pool was large, with nice warm water and in good condition 👌

Hotel is nice and my room was big. Its on good location 40 mins from airport if traffic and 30 mins if no traffic. Breakfast is fine but not too much options. Staff and everything is good.

The bathroom ventilation system was giving off bad smells.

The security who dropped our luggage to our room was not friendly. The design of the shower room was not nice, so we are not able to open the door properly. If we open the door, the door will hit the toilet bowl and we did not have enough space to get in.

The room was clean and the TV in our room has netflix and youtube access. The breakfast was also great.

Super comfortable and clean rooms, very nice bed. The rotating breakfast buffet was great and had good variety of vegetarian options. staff were very helpful and there’s a convenience store located below the hotel if you need anything. Wifi worked well and within walkable distance to Pasar Baru.

The unsteady shower water temperature, it can change suddenly from hot to hotter.

The new building was good, because it's newly renovated, super clean, and smart tv installed in the room. It was so quiet and comfy enough. The house keeping and technician were also responsive and fast, good service overall. And the taste of the breakfast was quite delicious.

Booking.com threaten with no refund while at the day of checkin i got a mail from the hotel saying: if i do not checkin until 15:00 my booking is not secured and might be canceled???? Then Payment was also not done by booking.com i had to pay at the hotel again. Getting into my room it appeared way smaller. I realized now that the same room was available for booking now for 65% of the price i paid. The biggest room matched my price. Asking for upgrade at the desk + 65% of what i paid already!!! At 13:00 at the checkout counter I was threaten to pay overcharge., I was given 5 minutes to clean out my room. In that time i was called up in my room twice again. Not pleasant!!!

Being woken up in the middle of the night by continued knocking on my door at 00.30 AM; security guard of the hotel with a lady asking me if I wanted a massage. Absolutely unacceptable experience. Breakfast was not kept hot throughout the morning so expect cold food when going to breakfast late (hello bacteria growth), also very limited options. Very close to a mosque so expect to be woken up in the middle of the night with prayers over speaker, though that is not limited to this hotel alone.

Nice swimming pool area. First night the bed was very comfortable, second night changed rooms and the beds were awful, completely different condition (springs in my back keeping me up all night).
