We had an excellent stay at the Grand Orchardz Hotel Kemayoran in Jakarta. The staff were very welcoming, and the pleasant scent in the lobby created a wonderful first impression. Check-in and check-out were both quick and efficient. Our room was clean, comfortable, and featured a spacious shower. The complimentary bottled water was also a thoughtful touch. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s whirlpool and sauna facilities, which were a great bonus after a long flight. Breakfast was delicious, with the bubur ayam and egg station being our favourites. The location is convenient, close to an Alfa market and several dining options. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and offered excellent value for money. We highly recommend it.

Not actually close to any big malls. Because of jakarta traffic, short distances can be a long ride in a taxi.

Second time staying in this hotel because this is near to PRJ. The room is nice although a bit small. Staff are friendly. Breakfast is good with lots of varieties.

We choose this hotel for its great balance — the staff is always very attentive, there's always a wide variety of food at the breakfast restaurant, any issues with the room are always handled quickly and kindly, the city view is always beautiful, there's always parking available, and the cleaning is always well done. All in all, we keep coming back, and we've never been disappointed.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Jakarta for a concert or event at the Expo. It's really close—just a 3-minute, very affordable taxi ride away. The staff are exceptionally friendly and attentive, the rooms are always clean, and the bed is super comfortable. I accidentally left my jacket at the hotel, and they kindly delivered it to another location without any hassle—I’m truly grateful for their responsiveness and helpfulness. They also accommodated my early check-in and had the room ready ahead of time, which was a big plus.

The toilet walls needed a good scrubbing and the floors in the room needed to be vacuumed. Went back to malaysia with bed bugs bites.

Whilst there was quite a large buffet breakfast, the offer was a little monotonous after a few days. There was not much of interest in the area around the hotel.

Staff were all extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms are simply furnished but comfortable and large. The bathroom is particularly nice.

While the gym facilities were excellent, the staff was not really paying attention to some customers who were clearly breaking the rules without proper bathers or diving and rough play in the spa pool (kids). It unfortunately ruin our purpose of coming to the spa pool which is for relaxation.

We stayed for a night for the convenience of going to the concert hall nearby. The breakfast was great with a big range of options from asian to western food; the gym comes with spa hot pool, cold pool, sauna and steam room which was a bonus. The room was clean and comfortable.
