Though the location is near to shopping malls, we need to cross hectic roads and it is hard for us foreigner who is not used to the traffic. As for the room, it is quite small but acceptable. I just wish they give us non smoking room cause the room we got still have smell of cigarettes.

The rooms a bit outdated and need deep cleaning.. wasn’t easy for us to cross roads to reach mall of Indonesia for lunch or dinner..

The hotel staff very polite and friendly, the price for the room is reasonable..

Stains on bedsheets cover, gym consists of faulty euipments. None works except the free weights! No sanitizers to wipe down after usage too. Obviously nobody uses the gym and it was neglected!

Some extension nearby the bed cannot use.

The 1st day they only have double bed room w/out window available. But we request for double bed with window. The staff help us to change room on the next day. The bed are comfort. Location nearby the shopping place walking distance and many streets food around the hotel. The breakfast not so much verities but still nice and okay for the room charge.

I wish the facilities in the room is baby friendly as well. I stayed with my 1 year old daughter and it was difficult for me to manage her in the shower due to the slippery floor and absent of handle to safely locate her while bathing.

I love the lounge & breakfast area. It is beautifully decorated and very welcoming

Near to main road so you will heard honk, long honk and honk 😂 this hotel were at the heart of macet area 😮‍💨

Very near to Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia & Plaza Indonesia. Like very walkable. Easy access for food too, many warteg surround. Staff were friendly despite some can’t speak english but it’s okay as long they can be helpful to tourists 🤍

The only disappointment was the shower. I think you should also have a pull out shower, as having a rain shower which is very inconvenient.

Room bit small, aircond unit need servicing water dripping in room 518, hand basin dirty, day curtain dusty & turn black. Bedsheet with stain. But mattress is superb comfortable and pillow is comfy.

I arrived on a weekend and the hotel was overflowing with guests at weddings that seemed to occupy both days, including Sunday night at rooftop lounge making it inaccessible for guests. I asked for a non smoking room, which I was given, but previous guest/a had obviously ignored this requirement even though no smoking sign in room. I couldn’t be offered a room change as the hotel was full until the next day. Staff sprayed with deodorant spray but odour remained for first 2 days of visit

STRATEGIC LOCATION AT THAMRIN AREA

The location quite messy. Early morning at 4am the prayer sound is loud and can wake u up I reach hotel at 1.40pm, but the room still not ready until 3.30pm. When reach the room, can see some floor is dirty and have hairs at the corners of the room. The small fridge is not cold enough.

The location is very strategic, by walking distance can reach Grand Indo Plaza, LRT Station and Thamrin Shopping mall. Nearby also have many local food store, can taste truly Indonesia food.

The room we had was quite shabby, and the curtain had partly come away from the rail. Although the bathroom was spotless, the bedroom could have done with a spruce up as it didn't look clean, my sheet had biro marks on it, and I think (not the hotel's fault) that someone had been smoking in it before we arrived..

This hotel is great in every way that counts: the shower is excellent, the toilet is modern and clean, there is a huge buffet for breakfast with as much food, juice and coffee as you could want, ,including eggs, toast and even cake, and the beds are comfortable. We had a problem with a light that wouldn't switch off, and someone came and fixed it in less than 20 minutes. The location is good, too.
