Very nice place, one building with commercial and entertain area such as cgv, diamond hyper market and many more. Have a very pleasant 3 day 2 night for celebrate our 4th anniversary. The breakfast's food are good and delicious. Thank you Grand Whiz Poins Simatupang ❤️

The bathroom was quite small, and it was difficult to keep the door open.

The hotel staff were very nice. A gentleman kindly upgraded us to a larger corner room, which gave us more space and a bigger bed compared to our original booking. Even though we only stayed for one night, we were overall very happy with the experience.

Found bugs at coffee table during breakfast. Poor pool condition. Long waiting fo getting elevator/Lift. Is not easy to find building Parking.

The lifts are very busy & the sensors don’t seem to work. This is dangerous & needs to be fixed.

The staff were helpful & friendly, they did everything to make our stay better. I would especially like to mention Cep Nuh who worked in the restaurant area. He organised coffees for us each morning and was lovely. He is a great member of that team & he made our stay very enjoyable.

elevators are a bit confusing at first being that the building is shared with apartments, the hotel area, and then the mall area. some elevators go to some floors, and others don't. this being the only reason i didn't rate the start a full 10 stars. don't expect hot showers, they are luke warm. but only a minor complaint.

great location, sits atop the poins square mall and supermarket. also connected to the MRT tram on the 3rd floor for even more convenience.

The swimming pool is located in between building towers. Even without the windy weather, it would definitely be quiet cold to swim there. When i went there it was raining the whole day, so we did't get to try the pool.

I booked the room last minute and to my surprise the reception staff upgraded the room to deluxe type. Location is very convenient (in the upper level of poins square mall) and the next day, we were allowed to check out at 1 pm (instead of at 12 pm sharp). Variety of food during breakfast was nice, and the gym facilities looks complete too (they even have sauna). It was a great stay after all.

The access was complicated, it mush change lift to go to lobby and room. If i dont have breakfast voucher, it was really hard to find meals because the entrance was locked and hard to gojek find/access it.

Very friendly and helpfull staff. The mall underneath the hotel was very convenient, enough if you wanted to grab some food or buy some stuff. There's a connected mrt station if you want to explore the public transport.

The hotel is located on the top two floors of an apartment building. Location wise whilst on the main drag as you quickly learn in Jakarta getting from a to b is never quick so if I was to visit Jakarta as a tourist I would choose a different location.

The location was ideal for my business trip. The staff were welcoming and friendly when I needed to move rooms for noisy neighbours they accommodated this easily.

1. The toilet is rather small and hard to maneuver especially when to close & to open the toilet door. 2. Shower area has a comfortable space with good water pressure. 3. Just wish the mall downstairs are more lively with more shops.

The hotel is located close to the mall with many shopping and food options and the Lebak Bulus train station. And they upgraded the room we booked. I always stay in Grand Whiz whenever I go to Indonesia.
