United KingdomThe breakfast was ok, but lacked the a la carte, modern choices of some of the other hotels that we stayed in.
The hotel is perfectly situated, in the centre of Sanur, but right on the beach. Easy access to the promenade too. The rooms were really well appointed, with very comfy beds. The gardens were beautiful.

AustraliaOur room was at the back of the property near construction work going on, building more rooms. Not much privacy if on balcony rooms look onto each other. Room was good could have done with a few more power points. Bathroom had shower and toilet but quite tiny. The hotel also had a no smoking policy. No smoking on balcony, pool or restaurant. Had to go to designated areas which had no seating or cover from the weather. Not a problem but we were not aware of this prior to booking and first time we had experienced this in Bali. Lovely gardens
It was a great location beachfront with three separate swimming pools. Our room was comfortable and restaurant good.

AustraliaOur room was a bit of a walk to the breakfast area. Toilets there could do with upgrading and also there were no handrails to get down to then from the restaurant. Too many steps for Bali veterans.
Fairly well established property with nice pools and well designed gardens. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and wardrobes ok.

Very close to everything, I.e beach, shops, restaurants. Pool fantastic with swim up bar. Breakfast was great. We didn’t try dinner in the restaurant. Could hire bikes and ride around. Property was well maintained. Staff were very friendly.

The property has a traditional Bali atmosphere that we loved! Perfect location right on the beachfront. Beautiful pools and wonderful staff! They are currently renovating some rooms and building new ones. This did not impact our stay at all! They have it very well set up to not impact guests!

AustraliaI booked through Booking.com and didn't receive any extras. My friends all booked directly through the hotel website and it was cheaper and they received vouchers for massages and high teas. Also, their accommodation was significantly cheaper. My room was near the area of the hotel undergoing renovations, whereas they had rooms in great positions. Guess I'll be booking directly through the hotel in future.
