Great location

Our room had a view a wall, should be cheaper for these rooms.

Location. Our room was just metres from the pool and beach. The staff were so friendly.

Not a big complaint, but there wasn’t many power points to charge phones ipad etc.

The hotel is perfectly situated, in the centre of Sanur, but right on the beach. Easy access to the promenade too. The rooms were really well appointed, with very comfy beds. The gardens were beautiful.

The breakfast was ok, but lacked the a la carte, modern choices of some of the other hotels that we stayed in.

Better coffee machine

It was a great location beachfront with three separate swimming pools. Our room was comfortable and restaurant good.

Our room was at the back of the property near construction work going on, building more rooms. Not much privacy if on balcony rooms look onto each other. Room was good could have done with a few more power points. Bathroom had shower and toilet but quite tiny. The hotel also had a no smoking policy. No smoking on balcony, pool or restaurant. Had to go to designated areas which had no seating or cover from the weather. Not a problem but we were not aware of this prior to booking and first time we had experienced this in Bali. Lovely gardens

Fairly well established property with nice pools and well designed gardens. Beds were very comfortable. Bathroom and wardrobes ok.

Our room was a bit of a walk to the breakfast area. Toilets there could do with upgrading and also there were no handrails to get down to then from the restaurant. Too many steps for Bali veterans.

It's a convenient location - right next to the beach and 40 min from the airport. There is a direct access to the Sanur promenade. The hotel is well maintained with friendly staff and several pools. The garden is beautiful. Beds are comfortable and rooms are quiet.

It's the typical resort that you can find anywhere else in the world: there is little balinese compared to most hotels in Bali. The garden is beautiful, but the rest is very impersonal and lacks charm. Its a place where many people come to spend the day by the pool (think "people rushing at 7 AM with their towel to lock their chair right by the pool"). The restaurant is also disappointing, food is not very good, its expensive and the staff there is not very friendly. Overall I had a good experience, but I wouldn t necessarily recommend if you are looking to experience the Balinese life.

Limited choice buffet breakfast. Went outside for our breakfast after the second day. Lots of noise from construction. Staff at the cocktail bar by the beach were very slow and the food was poor quality.

Very close to everything, I.e beach, shops, restaurants. Pool fantastic with swim up bar. Breakfast was great. We didn’t try dinner in the restaurant. Could hire bikes and ride around. Property was well maintained. Staff were very friendly.

Location at Sanur beach, nice kept garden, size of room, pools and sunbeds.

I loved the traditional style of the resort, the location was great, having 3 pools was also good.

The gym needs an upgrade, not enough equipment

Our room was very bad: mold everywhere in the bathroom, stains on the carpet, broken/chipped tiles, the toilet had stains… for the money we payed totally not acceptable in Bali. the balcony faced a wall and a loud air conditioning unit snd you had bad smell coming from the next building right under the balcony. There used to be a big construction going on, which was also laud. I believe there are nicer rooms, but our 2 rooms were really bad. We asked several times, if we could upgrade them. I would have rather pay more for a nicer rooms, but it was not possible, because the rooms were booked out. Honestly I wanted to leave the first day, but we had several trips booked and no time to find an other hotel check in and check out

Great service and location. Room was spacious and had all the facilities needed. Breakfast had everything you needed with lots of variety

Great location and friendly staff

There was no drying rack available (there was a waitlist for one). A huge bathroom, but one wall completely blank, and it would have been wonderful to have some extra towels hanging. The towel rack was over the loo and very hard to reach.

Everything was fabulous- the reception area was well staffed, the rooms and building was very well maintained nothing old or broken anywhere , front pool area was clean and had the best beach lounges and sun chairs on the beach of all the hotels - was the nicest newest cleanest looking hotel at half the price of the bigger resorts further down the beach - location was perfect right in the middle of everything

Loved our stay here. Perfect location, friendly staff. Deluxe Room was decent and comfortable. The pools were are really good.
