IndiaThe hotel does not have its own kitchen so any order for dinner is to be placed before 7 pm. However you can still order food from Grab if you're not going out to eat.
A very beautiful and serene place to stay in Sanur. It is walking distance to the Sanur Harbour, so a good place to stay if you're planning to take a boat from Sanur to Nusa Penida. The staff are very kind and helpful.

New ZealandOutside the property the sidewalks were very broken and difficult to walk on. It was a few minutes walk from the beach but it was not a very special part if the beach.
I liked the Balinese feel of the main building. The swimming pool was quiet and just the right size for a leisurely swim.

It was in a very busy street and most people use it as an overnight stay as it’s right on the harbour, but once you are in the hotel it’s quiet, a lovely pool and garden and very relaxing. Most people don’t hang around so it’s very quiet during the day. Staff are great and overall it has a very chilled vibe… excellent location if you are getting ferries across to islands.

New ZealandJust minor things- tissue box and body lotion remained empty after room being serviced but quickly sorted after letting reception know. Another roll of toilet paper would have been good but again easily sorted! Not brave enough to use the hose/ bidet attachment!
We enjoyed excellent smoothie bowls from the adjacent Beer Brothers restaurant, and also their staff were great in bringing drinks/ nibbles poolside to us. Many more excellent beachfront breakfast/ all day restaurants are about a 10 minute walk away- we loved dining right on the beach. ( head to the beach and walk to the right) Staff very helpful, laundry services available through reception. Pool very nice, not more than 1.4m at deep end and great for cooling off

Not much of a choice for breakfast needs more of an English type breakfast.haveing breakfast in the reception area is not very comfortable. Tried the garden furniture but was over run with ants, perhaps try fold away table & chairs which can be removed after breakfast. Very difficult to eat on a lounge chair with your plate on the coffee table.😟

AustraliaAlthough the room was clean and tidy, the bathroom was not, there were mould stains on the shower tiles and although they provided shower amenities (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) they were not working properly, dirty and not very affective.
The suites were located close to the harbour which is great for anyone wanting to transport to or from the islands. The room was large and provided cooking facilities, including a microwave, sink, kettle and gas stove top. The bed was large and comfortable and the room included a balcony.

AustraliaWe booked a last minute room after missing the Lembongan transfer, and we were tired and had a grizzly baby. The team were lovely at accommodating us at short notice, set up a baby cot ready to go and really helped settle us in. The location is close to the Sanur Harbour where the island transfer ferry's leave from, so it's extremely convenient for access stop to Lembongan or Penida ferry service. A nice pool and lounges and fast room service for a beer and a meal at good prices as well.

Exceptional location next to the ferry terminal. I only had a one night stay and it was perfect. The room was very clean , well fitted out and newly renovated. The restaurant shut early at 7pm on the night I was there however there was a lovey open air food markets and restaurants done on the water which was only a Short walk away. Perfect for a short stay. Breakfast was basic but nice.
