La situation exceptionnelle

The temple next door had ceremonys going on for 3 days of our stay and it was very loud and it would go on until 11-12 at night, There is a 5 mins up hill walk to the hotel which we didn't really mind except one night that we were very tired and had to walk all the way up there, Other than that it was very nice staying there,

Private pool and the way the room was built and designed and how big and comfortable the bed was and also their customer service and well mannered staff, and location was great vlose to many restaurants, shops, exchange, etc

Location was perfect for me - walking distance to everything I wanted to do. But off the main road so felt peaceful. Felt small an intimate. Was quiet. Room was very comfortable. Bed - amazing, air conditioner could get very cold. Beautiful view of the pool to wake up to. Outdoor yoga room available to use. Staff helpful and friendly

The towels in rooms were old , until the last night we got lovely new fluffy .

I loved the location , quiet , gardens were beautiful, pool amazing , staff great , loved being able to walk to cafes and warungs easy .

Genuinely can't think of anything. You could argue that the location requires a bit of a trek from the main road in Ubud, but I think we appreciated the seclusion from the hustle and bustle of Bali and the staff are very willing to porter your luggage seperately.

Absolutely stunning location with wonderfully helpful staff. The ambience and attention to detail in the property was some of the best I've ever seen for a hotel in Bali at a very good price point. The rooms were fantastically clean and well-appointed, the pool and grounds were gorgeous and the included breakfast was consistently lovely.

Only thing I could pick was walkway to get to it buy staff happy to bike you in but it is what it is

The Breakfast was great, with fresh fruit, coffee and a selection of local and western dishes. The staff are amazing they could not have been more attentive and helpful. The location, is perfect, a very short walk to the centre of Ubud which is insanely busy, but the venue is quiet and a haven from the hustle and bustle. Getting to the hotel is a bit unusul to get to but once again the staff were always there to help you with your luggage. If I ever go back to Ubud, I will e staying at the Gynandha.

There was some construction going on, but that is occurring all over Ubud - it was not imposing. Bed might be a bit firm for some. Air conditioner did not respond to change in temperature setting, so was quite cold whenever turned on.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location, was quiet and only short walk from the road, though might be a struggle with large suitcase (so contact reception and ask for them to pick up your luggage). Nice walk from rear of property though farmland - an alternative route to Ubud market. Breakfast was plenty with options. Pools were nice and refreshing, with nice garden outlook. Filtered water supplied and replenished each day.

The parking did not look like a parking area. There is only a place for one car. And then you have to walk three minutes to get to the hotel. The refrigerator was kind of noisy. I would suggest defrosting the refrigerator could help.

The room was really big, the location was awesome. Rice field on the back is a must to visit. The hotel staff was perfect.

The hotel is in a lovely peaceful location but very close walk to the main street with bars and restaurants. The rooms as very specious and the air con is great. The pool area is beautiful and the view from our room was incredible. The staff are so so lovely, always smiling and helpful. This was our 3rd stop on our honeymoon travelling around Bali and I would definitely stay here again.

Very minor things, couple of loose plug sockets and chips in the wall.

Was quiet, secluded, green and peaceful. The pool and restaurant were clean. Rooms were large and comfortable. Staff were lovely and helpful. Breakfast was also good.

Such a lovely hotel with fab gardens and pool, very good location - in the centre of Ubud but it doesn’t feel like you are when your in the hotel as it’s very calm and overlooks rice fields. Staff are very friendly and helpful aswell

Everything it is extremely beautiful and staff are wonderful lovely people. Food lovely too. Gardens beautiful and amazing attention to detail everywhere, rooms, garden, pool. Lovely walks nearby and excellent restaurants nearby in the evening or lunchtime. Perfect.

Breakfast had minimal choices for vegetarians but staff cater to requests. Bit of a slight walk from the main road but staff helped us with our bags. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours next door which woke us up very early every morning due to the thin walls.

Beautiful hotel & location overlooking the rice paddies, the staff went above and beyond. Really lovely warung you can walk to in the rice paddies. Gorgeous pool and absolutely huge bed! Smoothie bowl and fresh fruit in the morning was delicious. Central location
