The hotel was perfect! The room was very clean and with air conditioning. Also, you can enjoy the swimming pool in the rooftop. Location is perfect, in the heart of Labuan Bajo, where you can find lot of activities to do as well as many restaurant options very cheap. We recommend staying here during your time in Labuan Bajo

Good location

There are mold in toilet and bathroom. Not that clean. And staff is not kind, they got angry because we asked late check out

Perfect location in the center of Labuan Bajo. Staff is incredibly kind and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The room was nice and clean, close to everything so good if you’re planning on leaving for a boat trip during your stay on the island. Not far from the airport either.

It is a bit noisy, but it honestly was better than I expected. The music around the hotel stopped at around 11 p.m., after which you are mostly left with traffic noise, to be expected since the hotel is located on the main street of the city.

Position is very good, room is basic but had what we needed. We arrived late afternoon and left early morning so we didn't use the pool.

Despite the room was on 2nd floor of the building, you could hear all the noises coming from the street

More central in LB is not possible!

Loved the reception staff, and the rooftop splash pool. Great location.

We needed to be in touch with family and the Wi-Fi was dismal. Had to go elsewhere to get connected

Excellent location if you are catching boats to visit the islands and need a modest, but good hotel. In Labuan Bajo centre with shops and restaurants all around. Friendly, welcoming and helpful staff. Clean, well maintained and pleasant rooms plus a lovely rooftop area with small pool and great restaurant/bar. Just be aware that being central means there is some noise from the streets below, but the hotel warned us of this in advance to manage expectations. It is perfect as a short stay hotel close to everything. Only 5 minutes from the airport too.

Sofa bed in the studio room was a little uncomfortable.

Pool could have been bigger. Our assigned internet router was not working so had to use other routers with weak intermittent signal. Mentioned it to staff but was not fixed during our stay.

Noisy at night but just because is right in the CBD. Pool (on roof) is more a wading pool.

Clean rooms

Poor costumer service. They charge you for anything on the sheets or towels. I had a bad cut from snorkeling that accidentally bleed a little bit on the sheets and they charged me for it.

We stayed here for one night before our Komodo boat trip. All of the staff was super friendly and helpful. We also liked the pool on the rooftop which has a nice view. It's small and there is no shade, but it's great for a refreshment after 5pm and to enjoy the sunset. The hotel doesn't provide breakfast, but the Mimamori Cafe right across is a very delicious choice!

Great location right on the main road, close to the harbour and many restaurants and bars. Clean, comfortable rooms and lovely dipping pool and restaurant onsite the roof with a great view. Helpful and friendly staff.

Great location right on the main road and surrounded by restaurants, bars and shops. Short walk to the harbour. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Lovely rooftop area for a dip in the shallow pool or to eat/drink at the Japanese restaurant.

Didn’t eat at the restaurant- breakfast offered seemed expensive compared to surrounding restaurants and cafes.

The hotel itself was nice. Our room was clean and the bed was comfy. The staff were extremely friendly. We had breakfast and dinner at Fusion 38, the rooftop resturant, and it was very good! The view from the rooftop was excellent.

The towels seemed very aged, had a lof of stains, and were not very white. The bedding also had some stains. The water pressure in the shower was not good. Based on this alone the money I paid was not worth it to me.

The hotel is in a good spot with good views of the harbour, especially from the roof. The rooms were cheerful and 'everything' works - shower, ac, loo, which was an improvement on the previous (but much cheaper) place we stayed. It has a lift which might be important for some, including the ladies I was travelling with ;-). The hotel will look after your bags until check in, which is nice. As with most places in Labuan Bajo, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Breakfast is not included - and it probably should be for the price - but there are many good options to hand outside and on the roof (the fusion restaurant is a different business).
