Taiwan1. Found a live cockroach in bed room 2. Left the hotel at 9 a.m., and the room was still not cleaned by 6 p.m. 3. Don't recommend buying breakfast. The salad wasn't fresh; some leaves were yellow, while others were dry and limp. Instead of eating the hotel's breakfast, spending less money at the Starbucks next to the hotel would be better. 4. Sockets were loose, and plugs fell from the sockets.

Outstanding rooms, with a lot of space and full equipment. Kindness of the personnel and the staffs. Quality of the breakfast. Important commercial mall just next to the hotel.

GermanyThe toilet is clean, but the molds between silicone grouting make it looks dirty. We understand it is really difficult to clean it, because it means redo the whole silicone grouting in toilet. But if it's not there, would be better. Our toilet bowl has many small ants. House keeping said it because of food. But one day we didn't bring any food in a the room after cleaned up, they appeared again.
The Staff are really nice and helpful (Shout out to Mas Eka at receptionist!). To be fair all staff provided exceptional service👌 It attaches to big mal with many restaurants, a small supermarket and many shops for hop shopping. The bed is comfy and we got really nice view to city and mall, which sometime has live music (downside, it could be too loud for some, but we enjoy it anyway).

IndonesiaWe booked for twin bed room with sofa bed. They need to upgrade their sofa bed. The sofa bed is too small and not comfy at all even for kid. When we asked reception for extra duvee or pillow/blanket for our kid in sofa bed they refuse to give us eventhough we re fam of They only can give us extra pillow/blanket if we order extra rolling bed (which will be charged per day) 😞Also for water. We only got 2 small water bottle per say instead of 4 (we are fam of 4). But other than that is actually really good hotel 😊
