MalaysiaThe toilet is very smelly. Honestly, it's disgusting!! I reported the issue to the management. They sent a technician to find a solution, but the smell remained. Towels are old, and they need to be changed.
Staff are very friendly, hospitable, and attentive. The rooms and the facilities are well managed. The breakfast is locally based and various, with very limited international options. The hotel is located in the middle of the city and next to a mall. Most of the main spots can be reached by taxis.
