Everything was great!

Booked 1 night for my wife and this is the feedback i got; The room was very spacious and clean with a comfortable bed. Whole Hotel had a very pleasant smell. Lastly a nice dinner was sent to her room and breakfast was amazing with many options to chose from. A solid 9.4!

No complaints at all! We were disappointed that we weren’t able to use the pool and waterslide because we didn’t have enough time to fit it in. 😆

Our two-bedroom suite with one double bed and two twin beds, two toilets/sinks and large shower, and kitchenette was perfect for our party of four. We stayed two nights. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal! There were so many delicious food options. All the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We were very grateful for the late check-in, as we arrived at 1:00AM. Great location; not far from the airport. Great value for your money too.

I like everything the room was clean and spacious the staff excellent customer service Zafar, Raphael and a few that I didn’t get a chance to catch their name. One thing I can suggest is have more machine workout for the gym.

Shower room, when showering, the water was flowing out to the bedroom and not to the floor trap. So I have to keep pushing the water to the floor trap to prevent the water from going to the bedroom.

They don't have as much attention to detail with the daily cleaning. Missed laundry bags. Due to poor design the shower continues to spill over and the bathroom is soaked. But these are very minor things in our view and did not affect our positive experience.

It can be noisy during the night , from 4 till 4:30 am lots of noise.

The location is somewhat remote, with convenience stores and malls not being very close. However, there are plenty of options for ordering food via delivery apps. The Wi-Fi coverage is weak, and I couldn't get a stable connection in either room. The toilets are interconnected and share a single shower area. It can be time-consuming for a group to share just one shower area, despite having two toilets.

Strategic location, just 15 minutes from the airport if there's no traffic. However, be aware that the journey can take up to 2 hours on a weekday. The apartment comes with a small fridge, microwave, and TV, as well as an open shelf cabinet for storing luggage and hanging clothes. Towels, shampoo, shower gel and toothbrush kits are provided. However, there is no iron or ironing board in the room, so you’ll need to request one from the front desk. The breakfast spread offers a wide range of delicious options, from Indonesian to Western cuisines. Since I had to check out before breakfast hours, the kitchen team kindly prepared bentos for me and my family in place of the buffet. All the staff were incredibly helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

The elevators were too small, it took awhile to go up and down because it was always full! And the corridor was without no aircon, it was hot and stuffy, making waiting for the elevators very unbareable

Not worth the price. There’s nothing within walking distance. No stores etc. there’s an in house mini market which accepts only cash despite have pos machines. They just didn’t want to use it. Another major drawback, the staff isn’t fluent in English. Difficult to explain them.
