Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

NetherlandsAir conditioning was working good, however sometimes it was too cold, rather difficult to adjust. This is just a minor detail for improvement.
Location was great! Personnels were very friendly and very accommodating. The bright room was spacious and clean, with a nice city view. On top of that, the city view from our bathroom was superb!! Loving it!! Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Ice cream as a dessert was perfect to start strolling around the city.
