1. When I arrived, there was no hand towels in the bathroom. I expected the hotel provided hand towels as their standard service. I had to ask for hand towels. 2. The hotel spa was a big miss for a few reasons. Here's why: a) I couldn't access the floor where the spa was located, despite I was a guest at the hotel. This was not informed by the staff while I was making a reservation for the spa. They should have informed the guest in advance about the limited access. I ended up going down to the receptionist and reported the issue, and only then I received the information that I will be picked up at my room; b) The staff from the spa was 15 minutes late from the appointment; c) The staff at the spa did not seem to be professional. When I arrived at the spa room, only one bed that was ready. The other bed was messy and it seemed like somebody has used it. They told me and my husband to go and lay down on the beds, but how were we supposed to do that? One bed was dirty. Only after I made a point that one of the beds needed to be tidied up, then staff did that. Overall, I wouldn't recommend the hotel spa due to their lack of professionalism and the value of the money.

The lobby seems very cold and looks like a restaurant and the swimming pool is tiny... what a pity.

The bathroom has mold everywhere, but thats Indonesia in general. The ac probably needs some filter cleaning as it is a little bit hot. Fridge can be cleaner.

The location is perfect as it is pretty close to PVJ mall. The room is pretty unique as this is a thematic hotel. Size wise, it is quite big. Friendly staff.

Breakfast could be improved. The road in front of the hotel is a one-way road, so you need to make a big detour through the Paris Van Java area.

Value for money. Not as busy as Braga area. Walking distant to Rumah Mode which is great for last min. shopping. Walking distant to Setiabudi Supermarket.

I was located on the floor next to the emergency stair. There was a noisy pump / machine which keep making sounds. Try to avoid emergency stairs area. The hotel need to think about installing the sound proof or something.

Suggestion >> maybe better to have the water dispenser near by the rooms and on each floor. This is more efficient rather than contacting the hotel staff for water. Even though the staff are so responsive and full support.

The room is so clean and big. The staff are so friendly and helpfull. Near by the factory outlet and some restaurant. The location is excellent , easy to go to the center town or other vacation area also to the shopping mall.
