The doorman very responsive & helpful, the bed is comfortable, the window view is awesome and decent breakfast.

Location is just perfection!! Central, Easy Access, Shopping Mall nearby. I love the pillow in the rooms, firm and comfy. Room and public area are cleaned. WiFi connection fast. Staff so friendly,helping and professional. Estri, lovelyn, ladies and gents at the reception desk(I don’t remember their name but they are so professional). HK team, Laundy team, staff at the restaurant during bfast. Shout out to security team at the front door. Always helping me.

Can’t think of any for the rate I paid.

The location - just meters away from the Jalan Jenderal Sudirman. I love to run/walk on car free day, so this hotel is really a good choice. It’s about 100 meters away from Sarinah, about 20 mins walk to Tanah Abang or Sabang street food area. The room though small, but comfortable and has the street view that I like. Aircond, TV worked well & I love breakfast.

Check the room in details and linen is old, not to wait until guest complains about it.

As I checked in late night the room, I found some things dirty linen and towels in the room, which I informed the person in charge of the night shift. Somehow I slept because of long flight. On the third day, I met Mr Again, who is the front office manager. He facilitated very professional way and transferred me to a good room. I spent a night and checked out the next day. The staff of F&B were very friendly and hardworking and I enjoyed their service and food. Special thanks to Mr Agian, Head chef, Outlet Supervisor and entire F&B and front team. Hope to see you guys again somewhere in the world… 🙏💕

The bed is little bit drown. I felt sinking. Food’s variety need to add and rotate at least 4 cycles(breakfast time). I stay for 2 weeks and breakfast is almost the same.

Location is perfect at the city center. Sarinah Mall, Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia shopping mall are nearby within walking distance. Staff are friendly, sweet smile and professional(security at the front door, receptionist, waiter at the breakfast time and housekeeper) Room is cleaned and spacious. Bed and pillow comfortable. The bed is little bit drown, it’s time to change to the firm one. Restaurants, cake shop, public transport are easy to find near the hotel.

The bed sheet and quilt cover - did the hotel really take their laundry seriously? i have never slept on white bed sheets with a greyish tone and burnt iron marks in an international hotel before. And the shower head - it took me at least 20mins to really feel clean as the water comes out in a froth...seriously! and finally i don't mind street noises but room-to-room soundproofing is a serious issue...can't share it here!

The hotel was centrally located for my meeting destination knowing how bad the traffics are there. The simple modern deco and shower-ensuite is a welcoming treat along with the generous helping of morning breakfast which are included free in the fees!

Small bugs are constantly around the coffee station in the hotel room. Area is noisy, but that is part of the convenient location. Most staff very friendly. Breakfast options were plentiful, but they didn't keep the hot food hot throughout the morning. Beds were comfortable.

1) room is NOT sound-proof - couldnt sleep well due to the loud noise from outside property 2) towels are smelly 3) matrass is no longer firm and i think it needs to change
