Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. Excellent and very well kept hotel. Rooms are very large, clean, comfortable and quiet. An oasis in Glodok. The service is also excellent. I had left a package in a taxi taking me to the hotel, the concierge went above and beyond to retrieve it . I thought my package was lost for good, in less than 1 hour it was re delivered to my room. Food is good, breakfast buffet is huge.

SingaporeIf you are a casual smoker, it is adviseable to not book the smoking room. The ventillation in my room wasn't good and the smell lingers. There was also a loud noise which i think is the ventillation but it interrupts my sleep because i am a light sleeper.
Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel breakfast is excellent with wide range of foods. They provided a corner room which is very spacious and clean.

The hotel is exceptional with staff and services the offer, hotel is clean and breakfast in restaurant is 10+ When I booked my room had gotten upgraded to a bigger one room (holdyin please do it again 😅) There is a nearby Indonesian halal food restaurant, I really suggest it, try their avacado juice Ps I would thank Gorge the reciprocate with his team, also Arwan if I am not mistaken in the restaurant with his team as well I suggest you to book a taxi 🚖 back and forth from the airport to the airport again, to save your time and hustle, there are many sites over good price Google them. Advise, holdyin please reduce your prices a bit and continue upgrading me every time 😅😂

Unfortunately i opted for the non breakfast package as we always had to leave the hotel early for our schedules. Room was wonderful in terms of comfort and cleanliness. Housekeeping did a wonderful job. But our biggest compliment has to go to the fantastic Front Desk Reception staff...Special mention goes out to CHRISTY as she was extremely helpful to me & my wife on several occasions; Although we arrived much earlier than the hotel regular 3:00 pm check in time she put in extra efforts to ensure that we were able to check into our room much much earlier ( ie before noon. )We were thoroughly grateful for her thoughtfulness & professionalism. Truly an asset to the Hotel. The concierge staff crew was also always helpful with their prompt responsiveness, attention & assistance. Our stay was indeed memorable because of the above.
