The interior of the room felt a bit outdated and would benefit from renovation, as well as more attention to cleanliness. The hotel’s beach is not very suitable for swimming due to high waves and rocks. There was not much to do in the surrounding area, mostly just other resorts nearby. During our whole stay we also had small lizards (geckos) in the room, due to the large gaps around the door, which made our stay a little less comfortable.

The accommodation was spacious and well equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel grounds are beautiful, with a clean and inviting pool area that we really enjoyed. The staff were always friendly and attentive, doing their best to assist us in every situation. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

The accomodation was fabulous, very spacious for us as a family. A little dated inside but otherwise very comfortable and clean. The grounds/swimming pool were stunning, peaceful, beautiful and steps away from the beach where you could watch the sunset. My children loved the pool! Food was fabulous, as were all of the staff.

Number of sunbeds is not equivalent to number of rooms. Personnel has difficulty with dealing with "sunbed reservations". Description of offer does not include information that part of the rooms are almost at main, noisy road.

Perfect location at one of the best beaches in Lombok. Nice rooms even requiring some renovation. Good facilities, beautiful garden. Clean and good swimming pools.

Unfortunately, the resort felt quite old and in need of renovation, and it was not very clean. Overall, the value for money was disappointing, especially considering that the restaurant, laundry service, and taxi transfer from the harbour were all significantly overpriced. In addition, there was a construction site on the beach right in front of the hotel.

We enjoyed the beautiful pools and the well-maintained gardens – the outdoor areas were definitely the highlight. We went snorkeling right in front of the hotel. Our 2-bedroom apartment was very spacious, and the staff were kind and friendly.

We stayed at Mangsit Suite and it is huge appartment, but just a little bit old. It would need some renovation, but this is such a minor thing as most of the time you are outside.

The facilities. Hotel is a really great resort and has completely everything that is need for a great relax. Restaurant is open 24/7, pools are great, at the beach, massage, kids club and so much more.

No sun beds available as guests keep towels on beds all day even when not at pool. The staff should remove towels so other guests may use beds.

Not a deal breaker since it's an old hotel in tropical place, there were ants, we sort of expected this. Refrigerator and tv didn't work. But no big deal for us.

Service wasn't always super fast, but still reliable. A lot of package tourists with what we found strange expectations and complaints. We've expected to pay more at the hotel restaurant and bars than at warungs, so that was no surprise.

Excellent and extremely attentive staff, nice pool areas and immaculate gardens. We liked the Indonesian food at the restaurant and the breakfast choices. Villas are very clean, even if a bit older.

The bathroom can have an unpleasant smell on some days. Menu is a rather limited, some more Indonesian dishes would be good. Unfortunately the beach front deck was washed away in a storm. It is being replaced but this meant bulldozer noise every day of the week which was disappointing. Check if the deck is built before booking.

The rooms were old and dated. Cockroach in bathroom on arrival and wasp nest on balcony. Move to a different room which was better but still quite dated. Lots of road noise too.

I loved the resort grounds, the pool, the restaurants and the bar area.

Towels arrived late, parking area was dark, and the TV was old.

Great pools, happy hour discounts on beverages, quiet atmosphere, and direct access to the beach where we could take surfing lessons.
