The staff was really good and attentioned. The breakfast was very various that several days would be necessary to taste all. The outside place for breakfast and lunch is wonderful under the trees. The garden around and architecture is unique. There a small restaurant called angarikan on hotel site with simple local and cheap food if we don't looking for sophisticated and western food inside hotel

The bathroom is old fashioned, is the only reproach I can see.

The AC in e room is too cold..

The rooms were adequate , the property was great. Breakfast spread was great with local cuisine to sample for the curious.

There was some issue with liquor license we were told and next day when we persisted with our enquiry we were offered beer and wine. SO not sure why we weren't given correct information in the beginning itself. Could have been handled better.

Amazing hotel. All is perfect.

the staff were the highlight of the stay - everybody was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make us feel confortable. for instance i accidentally ordered americano (instead of coffee with milk) at breakfast and they brought it for me with milk on the side because they saw my previous coffee was with milk. will stay in the hotel again if i come to Yogya.

Live music would have been a bonus as location is twenty five minutes from the shopping centre and hotel felt a little isolated.

They put us up in the old part of hotel.

Both of our rooms were upgraded to the new ones and still close together. Access to the common areas were easy for family with toddler. staff were friendly and very accommodating. although we didn't spend much time in the hotel but the overall experience was so nice

the only downside is the location is a bit far from the center but totally manageable if you have your own car.

During check out .. a very big confusion related to deposited amount and such confusion resulted in paying a big amount at checkout even though it was paid during deposit

Excellent rooms, we got a free upgrade to a bigger room when we arrived which was a great surprise. The staff is amazing, everyone is welcoming and polite, these guys deserve the world. Breakfast was great, a lot of things to choose from. Overall one of the best experiences we had in Indonesia

Very friendly personell and great service. Accommodation great, although rooms outdated. Be aware of mosks in the neighbourhood whch wake you up every day at 4:00 am

Though it is an old property but is well maintained. Very good breakfast. Very good staff. Good garden and pool.

Size of the room is bit small. Toilets need renovation.
