How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The smell of the floor cleaner they use in the lobby area. Quite bad smelling when they just used it. Smells like musty wool carpet. Shower nice and hot, but temperature fluctuates from warm to hot to warm to hot continuously with hot being too hot.
The staff were exceptional. So friendly and helpful. Very proactive to ask if everything was working OK in our room, and quickly rectified any issues. Location right by the train station Cawang. Pool was good, clean and quiet. Pool towels provided. Breakfast buffet was full of great choices and very tasty.

The hot water in the morning was brown, although the cold water was clear. I didn't complain because we were in a rush and decided to make the most of the available option.
The location is right next to LRT railway station. My son loves to train-watching.

Everything ok
Clean and comfortable, convenient - right next to Cawang station (the LRT one, not the other Cawang on the other train line). Only 2 stops away from the Whoosh train at Halim. Powerful air-conditioning, quiet room. Breakfast was quite good (75k IDR extra).

The cafe's services were a bit slow. Not much "socializing" areas at the lobby. If you need to do so, you must order from the cafe. The room is quite small, the bathroom too is small. nothing much going around the area. I couldn't find the swimming pool.
The staff were very helpful and full of smiles. they were very polite too. my check in process was super smooth. I came in a little bit early and asked them if they could process my check-in and I'll just come back after just to get my keys and the receptionist were such a sport to do so for me.

The fridge in the room could be made cooler so I can keep some food and beverages.

I coud not register more than 1 device to access the WIFI
Room is not exceptionally big but sufficient and nice.. direct view to the new LRT Station, food at Tebu Restaurant is quite tasty and the price is fair enough since all prices are including tax & service. Location is within walking diatance from public transportation. Something not many hotels provide: bolsters!

extremely disappointed with my recent stay. The bedsheet in my room was filthy and had visible blood stains, which is completely unacceptable and disgusting. This level of hygiene is far below basic standards and raises serious concerns about cleanliness and care at your hotel

I stayed there 3 days with my wife. The staff was not helpful/kind. The breakfast was so not good at all, few food available. Hot water didn't work (we had to change the room). The fridge didn't work. Had to wait 3 hours before having new towels after asking them multiple times. I do not recommend this hotel.
