    The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.... from the managers and reception, the restaurant staff and especially the room cleaning crew who were all so flexible and attentive. Room was great and imo unbeatable location for our needs.

    Breakfast menu could do with a little more variation as we had a long stay , although we were always asked if we had any special requests or suggestions.

    It needs a VERY deep maintenance involving so many aspects.

    I been traveling around the work part of my job , this one one the most downgrading ACCER group , please train your staff to be there for the guests

    Location was really close to the main road and center of activities. Staff were helpful and warm. Room was nice for the price.

    Lobby was hot due to aircon was turned off when we arrived in the afternoon. The shower door was not designed to avoid the water to leak out. So the floor was always very wet after shower.

    The path to Novotel, which is between the pool and the waterfall was often slippery and wet. The wall next to the pool needs to be made a little higher to stop the water splashing over the path
