Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PhilippinesThere were a couple of broken tiles in the shower, the door to the toilet made a loud creaking sound whenever it is opened and closed which made us worry that the door might break. There was also a weird smell in the room that can't be removed even if I had the room cleaned so I just used my perfume to make the room smell pleasant.
The room was big enough for 2 and had the basic amenities you need. The hotel's effort to be environmentally friendly is a nice touch (water dispensers, etc.). The buffet breakfast was sufficient but has limited options for western dishes.

SingaporeDuring my recent stay at the hotel, I encountered a few issues: The fridge in the room wasn’t functioning properly; the room was colder than the fridge. The bathroom felt cramped, with the glass toilet door not extending all the way to the ceiling, leaving a gap at the top. The nearby shopping mall was nearly empty and lacked activity. The Wi-Fi connection was weak and slow.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a great experience. The room was clean and spacious, with a strong shower that provided excellent hot and warm water. The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful throughout my stay. Breakfast was impressive, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. Conveniently, there are several eateries and a convenience store nearby. Additionally, getting a taxi or Grab was easy and hassle-free.
