The bathroom plumbing leaked badly and flooded easily. We only stayed one night, but if we had stayed longer, it would have been a problem.

A good location for shops, beachfront and restaurants. The breakfast was satisfactory with the usual options. Great access to the ocean walkway for shops and restaurants. Nice pool.

Nothing to not like

Loved the location, the pool and beach facilities. The rooms are very large and the balconies spacious. The hotel has just celebrated its 69th birthday so some spaces are older style and ready for a little make over, but you can't beat the location, the staff and the price. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Pool towels are available readily. The rooms are made up so quickly with fresh linen daily. We would stay again :)

This Hotel is an older hotel that was tired (we expected this as we read the reviews) the rooms were clean and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good eggs anyway, pastries, fresh fruit and traditional Balinese options. Location on the beach was great and had a great swimming pool again very clean. Was also near a massive shopping centre wich was handy

The service in the restaurant; dirty plates were not collected and new diners had to ask for new settings and cutlery, while four girls stood, chatted and giggled, totally unaware of what needed to be done. As it was the windy season, the wind blowing directly into the restaurant was unavoidable at any of the tables. The walls of the room we were staying in were very thin and we were kept awake until the early hours of the morning, by other guests talking loudly.

The location is great; it is located on the beach with the restaurant right beside the beach. There are many restaurants and bike hire within easy walking distance. The grounds are very nice and the set out of the rooms ensures enough privacy.

A bad smell coming from the bathroom. We found this was common in older accommodations we stayed in throughout Bali though. I reported this to reception & they did their best to try & reduce the smell but unfortunately, it could not be eliminated. Towels were stained & hotel is very old & run down, but for the price compared to other beachfront hotels in the area, we could not expect perfection.

The location was brilliant, right on the beach. Breakfast was nice. Staff were very friendly. Pool was a hit with my daughter.

Our rooms were very old & in need of updating! Dark & a bit dingy. Pool towels were a disgrace! 😵‍💫 Food at breakfast, mediocre at best.

Shower didn't have hot water...Luke warm at best, no pressure. This is more of a comment than a dislike...the hotel just felt tired. There was no vibe, even with having a sports bar.. It wasn't the place tourists chose to eat at lunch or night when walking by,...it didn't invite you in. All the beach/pool seating cushions were worn through.

Awesome location and value for money. Staff were always helpful and did their best to resolve issues. It was just adequate.

We have been coming for years and in and out up to 3 times per trip. The staff at the front desk have been the same, might need a change to make people feel more welcome. It was a very slow check in for experienced staff. The rooms are tired, linen very old. The 2beds pushed together as one doesn’t cut it we kept slipping between. Trainee staff and pool staff amazing.
