We were very close to the mosque and residential so we were woken up every morning at 5am with the call to prayer and all of the local roosters. I didn't mind so much but it wasn't ideal. Bathroom facilities were limited, luke warm water for showering. Kitchen didn't have very much to cook with - no kettle, no toaster for example

We were a group of 2 families and the adjoining villas were perfect for us. The location was right near the port, just an 8 minute walk. Loads of shops, bars and restaurants around. Next door was a locally run Warung where we ordered dinner to be delivered most nights. Henry the villa manager was friendly and accommodating.

It was advertised as having washing machine, but it wasnt working. Didnt matter as there were several laundry places around.

Caretakers were super friendly, let us store our luggage there while they prepared the villa (arrived before check in time) & organised bikes for us. The air con was leaking when we arrived and they had it repaired straight away and were available for any Qs we had - they even bought us some late night Nasi goreng! Is a good location close enough to the main strip, far enough to avoid the party noise. Pool was handy, and had a shallower part for our toddler to wade around in. Over all good value for money and was perfect size for our family of 5.

The owner was absent and something came up and had to leave a day early but we just left and sent a note to him.i just wished I had met him thats all.

It was a really nice Villa with a stunning outside enviroment. The host Joe is fantastic, he helps you with everthing you need. We we’re snorkling with him on a glassbottom boat and we was able to swim with turtles, so cool! I strongly recommend this place and we Will be back for sure!

The cleanliness of the property. Need to maintain more. Aircon in one of the room wasn't working properly, we told the host but he isn’t around. The staff didn’t clean the rooms everyday or change the towels.

The location is not bad, easy to get around. Just a little noisy from the mosque. But all good.

The bathrooms can be improved, mold and bad smell, and unfortunately for us, we found some insects there and in the rooms, so we are not really satisfied with our stay. The bedroom cleanliness can be improved too. The house is in an area with some noise during the night.

Joe, the manager was very nice and friendly, easy communication and he organized some activities for us, snorkeling, bikes etc. The pool and the outside area are so nice.

The privacy of this place is amazing. It's like a hidden gem in the middle of the village just 5 min walk to the turtles beach. Private pool was wonderful. Joe made sure to clean it every day and was going beyond and above with everything that we needed. He even organised a snorkelling trip and assisted us as a guide in the water, keeping us and our kids safe. We spent 10 days at Is Ok House and it was a great experience.

Nothing about the property to dislike in my view. The only negative which is not about the property is there is a call to prayer which is really loud at 5am and there is a rooster close by so mornings are noisy. Invest in ear plugs if you are not a morning person.

Really comfortable place to stay, close to the beach but not so the noise of the bars Can be heard. The host Henry, what can I say, every home needs a Henry, he was superb, on hand if we needed anything and booked us a really good value snorkelling trip. If we could have extended the stay we would have.

Rooms and kitchen are dirty (there was a lot of mosquitos, worms and some cockroach and mouse). Bedsheets looks dirty with stain (look like blood). Bathroom are smelly Damaged sunlunger who could be dangerous, fridge was not working correctly Also some renovation work should be done (lots of broken pieces on the walls, toilet super old) The photos seem to have been taken when the place was new but they are not showing the real condition of the house

Private house with beautiful outside and pool. Good location, not far from the center but not too close so it was quiet. The guy from the staff was great, really helpfull and nice
