Tea/coffee making facilities in the room would be nice. And as hairdryer

Breakfast hour needs to start earlier, say at 7:30AM instead of at 8:00AM. A swimming pool would be great as the beach is at very low tide in the afternoon (when it is at its hottest!). Very kind and helpful staff!

Would have loved to be able to rinse on the beach after bathing in the ocean, and a pool on the premises would also have been an added bonus.

Amazing service, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful location and lovely rooms, which was even better than we expected, based on the pictures. Even though I would love to keep this gem to myself, I have to say that this is a highly recommended place to stay.

Location was a little out of the main area and had limited lighting and access making it hard to navigate after dark. Don’t hire bikes from them as not well maintained

Great staff in the hotel and the beach bar. Breakfast was lovely and the staff would always go the extra mile. The room was clean and well maintained with beautiful gardens

breakfast was just ok, not amazing. Eggs over cooked and dry. Fruit and juice was good. They could improve that for sure

the location in front of the beach with sunsets is very nice. It is located in a place that feels close to the main street and restorants, but also you feel secluded

No safe, hair-dryer or kettle available. Breakfasts could be improved. Quite away from town so unless happy to walk suggest scooter or bike sandy & uneven ground across island so wouldn't recommend for those with mobility issues. No pool.

Clean comfortable accommodation. Air-conditioned. Bath & pool towels, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner provided. Breakfast available. Dragon bowl delicious. Great view of sunsets & Gili meno, Lombok & Bali in background. Staff friendly & helpful. Close to dive shops.

Towels could have routinely changed given we stayed for 5 nights. Sunbeds on the beach were a little tired.

Fantastic location right on the beach surrounded by palm trees and vegetation. Staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Mady. Breakfast freshly cooked to order which was delicious. If you like your poached eggs soft, make sure to ask for soft, runny eggs! Great laundry service. Clothes returned smelling very fresh and all ironed. Fantastic 3 hour snorkeling trip organised by hotel.

Right on the beach with bar and restaurant to watch the amazing sunsets. All the staff were very helpful and friendly. The bungalow was new and comfortable and loved relaxing in the hammock.

We had breakfast included in our stay, however we weren't particularly impressed with the quality. The bungalow is quite small and lacks some basic amenities e.g. adequate closet space and TV.

This hotel is situated right on the beach, with amazing views of Gili Meno and Lombok. The beachfront bar and restaurant serve great food and cocktails, as well as BBQ nights. The hotel can also arrange either private or group snorkelling tours - we did a private snorkelling tour around Gili Meno which was good value for money. The bungalow itself is clean, and the hammock outside is a nice touch.

Would have been good to have a safe in the room

The room was great, the air con was really good and there was plenty of hot water. The staff at reception and at the bar/restaurant were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was good.
