Accommodation (2 Bed Villa with Pool) was brilliant for a family of 4 as it had loads of space and was very well maintained. View was incredible over the jungle. Location within long walking distance gf Ubud, but very tranquil and away from the hustle and bustle Staff were all excellent and very friendly, in particular Tama who also took us on a tour. In house restaurant very pleasant for breakfast and good for evening meal if you want to stay in

Really nice location near ubud literally in the jungle. It was awesome. Breakfast was haven. Internet good. Location superb. We had a driver but I understood that Grab doesn't come there.

Only 1 very minor problem. Could do with handrail on the steps. Not ideal for someone with a walking problem.

The property was beautiful. The staff couldn’t do enough, I have never experienced such friendly and helpful staff, When they realised that I would struggle to walk up and down the steps. They moved me to a nearer room. The food was excellent and the free afternoon tea was a lovely touch.

Everything! The Jannata resort was absolutely beautiful! Every detail was meticulous. The spaces were open and stunning with gorgeous jungle views, and extremely well cared for. The staff were some of the sweetest and most helpful we’ve encountered in all of our travels around the world. We were traveling with our three teenage kids, and we got the two bedroom jungle pool villa, which was amazing! We each had our own dedicated bedroom with bathroom and balcony, and an additional living room area downstairs with an additional bathroom, which was perfect when you have five people staying together. The pool was refreshing and a wonderful place for all five of us to hang out together and the showers were hot and amazing!! The staff was also able to help us book drivers if we needed to go anywhere, but they also had a free shuttle service that takes you directly into the heart of Uber town, which was very convenient. The food and service were wonderful, and we could not have asked for a better stay! Highly recommend staying here!! We loved it!

You are in the jungle so common to get lizards, even in the room. They generally stay hidden though. Didn’t bother us.

Very relaxing. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. Front desk helped with transportation so location wasn’t an issue. Fantastic food and we had a great massage at the spa. Felt very looked after.

We had an absolutely amazing villa, what a view, wonderful staff and we felt like we were in paradise. The accommodation is definitely worth 5 stars.

Breakfast service very slow. Lunch / dinner menu very limited. Rooms lovely, but lots of insects were entering. You had to ask the staff to spray the room, instead of it being done automatically.

We were surprise to find some construction around the reception area but it is to be finished by feb 2025. It really wasn’t an issue and actually meant the restaurant was moved down to the yoga space which was a beautiful breakfast spot :))

Even with AC it was a little hard to cool down. Unfortunately we also visited during renovations so there was some construction noise. It will be beautiful once done!

If you plan to visiting Ubud center, expect a 40-minute drive, especially in the evening traffic can be very heavy.

Amazing staff who remember your name, daily perfect cleaning, and evening cookies in your room. Delicious breakfast and a beautiful jungle view.

A bit far from town, but very close to the Campuhan Ridge Walk, so if you are up for a good walk it takes you in to town. It's down hill from the hotel into town. If you are walking from town to the hotel. I would suggest water and light clothing.

The view and grounds were beautiful, loved sitting by the pool and looking at the view.

The food is poor, sometimes you have to wait 50 minutes for breakfast even though we arrived around 7 am... As for the standard of the hotel, the breakfast was nothing special, sometimes we were served cold. I don't know if it's because the hotel restaurant is being renovated or it's always been like this... If we had had clear information that the restaurant wasn't working, we wouldn't have chosen this hotel. Drinks ordered in the evening - they were very weak. Unfortunately, sometimes requests to the service were not answered on time and you either had to repeat yourselves or be very patient.

The view of the jungle and the location of the hotel are a big plus, although the noises at night can be loud and you have to get used to it. Spacious room, clean 😊 Wanya (I don't know if I wrote her name correctly) deserves great praise, she is helpful, nice and knew how to take care of everything :)
