Jeeva Klui was absolutely outstanding and one of our favourite places we have ever stayed. The whole property is beautiful and located right on the beach. The food was incredible, our pool villa was very comfortable and spacious, and we loved getting a massage at the spa! Everything here is incredible, but as other reviews have said, the staff are the best thing about Jeeva Klui. They provide an exceptional service, they remembered and used our names, they decorated our room beautifully for us as it was our honeymoon and they were incredibly friendly and helpful. We also loved the snorkelling tour around the Gili Islands. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Quite simply, this is the most lovely hotel that I have stayed at in 50 years of travelling around the world! Our room was large and airy with a super-comfortable bed, walk-in wardrobe and a semi-outdoor bathroom. The private pool was surprisingly big with a large, decked seating area around the edge. There is also a large, infinity pool overlooking the sea,a spa and a beautiful private beach. The staff are friendly, helpful and trained to a very high professional standard. There is a large, covered restaurant, but the beachside tables offer a particularly memorable dining experience, especially at sunset and in the evening when they are lit by lanterns hanging from the trees. Overall, the resort offered a luxurious, relaxing and incredibly memorable experience - the perfect end to our three-week trip around Indonesia!

You need to rent a taxi to go anywhere since the resort is far from the center.

Very nice luxury hotel with a nice clean restaurant and private beach, amazing spa treatments. The staff help you organising tours and they are super helpful and kind. Nice private beach and swimming pool from where you can see the sunset.

Our bathroom was a little dated.

All staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful in making our stay special. Our room overlooked the gardens and the beach. We were able to sit on our balcony and watch the surfers through the trees. This was a wonderful small resort where you could relax, enjoy good food and be indulged by friendly staff.

Not much around it. You’re limited to the restaurant which is a little expensive and then has 21% tax on it too. They also don’t have scooter rental there.

Right next to the beach, beautifully situated. Staff were 10/10 and so polite. Breakfast was great. Room was also great with excellent bed.

The quality of the western dishes was not good. The breakfast dishes didn’t match our expectations.

We liked the big bungalows & the customer service was elite. So helpful and friendly. The pool + gym is very great. The Asian dishes were were very well made. We liked the fact that we could order however much we wanted for breakfast. Although we arrived after the kitchen closed they mad a way of providing food for us as we traveled far. Again best customer service we experienced so far.

This hotel is really beautiful with lovely grounds, infinity pool and private beach. The room was gorgeous with amazing sea views, lovely bathroom and spacious dressing area with outdoor shower. The staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way to give you an amazing stay. The massages also really good. Cocktails at sunset, watching the sun go down over the sea and volcano in the distance heavenly. We loved our stay, thank you!

Beautiful forested setting on the seafront, staff were incredibly welcoming and wonderfully attentive and went above and beyond to look after us and particularly our 6-month old (including boiling broccoli and chopping dragonfruit to help her weaning!). We enjoyed our workouts in the small but well equipped gym and complementary Monday morning yoga.

The only thing I would point out is the inconsistency in the taste of some dishes. We had our favorite meals that we ordered several times, but they didn’t always taste the same. I believe this might have been due to different chefs preparing them on different days. That said, this is just a minor observation and doesn’t change my overall enthusiasm for the resort – it’s still a solid 10/10! 😊

The villa was spacious and spotlessly clean. I really appreciated the walk-in wardrobe where we could store our luggage – it kept the room tidy and comfortable. The restaurant offered a wide variety of dishes and the breakfasts were excellent. The staff were simply amazing! We’ve never met such kind and helpful people anywhere else in the world – Indonesia truly stole our hearts. Special thanks to Dini and Leni – I still can’t believe how you manage to remember every guest’s name! It was so thoughtful and friendly, and it really made us feel at home. Every evening, the hotel staff prepared our room for the night with a lovely turndown service – it was such a "wow" touch! The resort grounds are beautiful and well-maintained, and the beach is very clean. This place exceeded all our expectations and left us with wonderful memories. I truly hope we’ll return one day. 😊

Perfect place that we are looking for! It is located in a quiet place and far away from busy Mataram city. The sunset was so gorgeous and such a romantic place to have dinner under the moon. The room was big and the food was great. Overall, we are so happy we this resort 😀 Great place to relax after hiking back from Rinjani Mountain and Senggigi harbour only a few minutes by car.

Absolutely everything. We had a villa with its own pool it was amazing. The staff were all so professional getting to know everyone by name and going above and beyond to service our needs, especially the servers. Located on a quiet part of Snegigi. Turn down service, outdoor bath and shower, monster beach towels, great food and drinks. So much todo. Oh and the infinity pool was amazing. The staff helped to organise day trips and shuttles.
