They only had two single beds which they just put together after we arrived. They didn't put a large duvet on it though, just used two single duvets with an overlap which wasn't great. There was a bit of black mold in the shower which wasnt great. The TV only has a set selection of apps you can use and the interface is very buggy.

Across the road from the beach. The pool is nice although it gets very busy. There is a simple but decent little gym. The room is a good size and comfortable. It also has a cool bath outside on the balcony.

The cocktails were not real. They used arak and should say so so people can make up their own minds. The corridors were soulless. And could do with some designer love.

It was a convenient place to stay near the airport and is across the road from the beach where the fantastic seafood restaurants are.

We didn’t like the restaurant upstairs, as it had very few options and was overpriced. There were not enough sunbeds by the pool and on the beach, and the hotel should control better the people who just leave their towels to reserve the chairs without actually being there. The pool area is quite small, but on the beach they should definitely invest in more sunbeds.

We loved the location of the hotel as it is right in front of the beach and close to the seaside restaurants, where you can find great deals for seafood. The room was comfortable, with a good bed and a shower with excellent water pressure. Breakfast had good options of fruits, bread, and hot dishes. However, it was a bit disorganized at the egg station – when the place was busy, they were slow to refill, and they should also have ready-brewed coffee, as the machine coffee was very poor. The pool was nice, with both sunny and shaded areas throughout the day. The staff were always helpful and very polite.

We didn't realise it was a party hotel or party area so it's not good for a family like ours with a young baby. We have an 8 month old and tried to go to sleep at 8pm but there was very loud music playing until 10pm. Also there must be a farm close by because when we were having bath on the balcony, we could smell manure.

Lot of times they were out of food when ordering room service. Cleaners did a bad job, asked to clean sheets and even after calling 2 times they still didn’t clean them. Only the pillows. After the 3rd time where I had to stand watch they did clean. You can hear the room next door very very loudly and clearly.

There were bugs walking in the wood in the room. They looked like little spiders. It was not nice. The water in the bathroom hose had a bad smell. Did not have almond milk and coffee was hard to access. The 1 machine took very long to make coffee and this was annoying.

Proximity to the beach was great. Loved that there was a swimming pool at the hotel. The spa on the premises. What a lovely massage I had.

- bathroom was tired and smelled a little - we had an issue with our first room, however staff at the reception were very helpful to find a solution -there were no water dispensers. Glass bottles may be better than plastic ones but they still produce trash and we would have preferred to be able to refill our own bottle, like we could at a homestay in Bali

+ Great breakfast with lots of Asian food but also western food (pancakes or waffles, eggs, cereal) and fruit + very friendly and helpful staff + free sun loungers and towels at the beach and the pool + there is a money changer just a three-minute walk away + 2× 0,5 litre bottles per day in the room + close to seafood restaurants + nice rooftop bar Altogether good value for the money despite a few flaws. We are not used to 4-star hotels though.

The room looked a bit different than in the photos the pictures made it seem more modern than it actually was. I also had a view of a construction site, but that’s pretty common in Bali these days. Still, the overall experience was lovely and the energy of the place made up for it.

The bedding was amazing, I slept like a dream! Everyone working at the hotel was incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way. The coffee was delicious and the food was just as good. Such a warm and welcoming stay!

Owners of the hotel need to invest in new beds, very hard.

Just a great little hotel with lovely facilities for a more relaxed stay in Bali. The swim up pool bar is always a bonus for an afternoon beverage and the spa services were well priced. The food at the hotel was quite good as well.

Besides seafood along the beach - there is absolutely nothing else to do.

Very dated hotel, looks like it needs a refresh, food from restaurant was average at best. I would not stay again unless desperate, this hotel is past its best.
