We are blessed to have such a nice location right on Jimbaran beach where our guests are able to enjoy sunsets, swimmable beach and nice ocean breeze. We will share your uplifting feedback about out Spa services with our spa team. Thank you. Located in a tranquil location, we are not surrounded by business premises indeed, although the popular shopping destination is about 30-45 mins away by car from the resort. Our guests has an opportunity to 'come home' to the tranquil resort after a day out of shopping or visiting other destinations. We look forward to welcoming back ! Dear Cristina, thank you very much for sharing your experience during your stay with us. Please accept our sincere apology for the unpleasant experience you encountered. Unfortunately despite our daily beach cleaning on certain seasons the waves bring all the litter from the ocean. It is a situation we take very seriously and we do in the hotel with minimizing all the single use plastic and having our own water purification plant where we bottle our own drinking water, only using glass throughout the hotel. We will continue to do our utmost to keep Jimbaran Bay clean. We also noted your disappointment about the room. We do have a more traditional style resort and we do our best to maintain and keep the hotel at its best condition. We strive to meet and exceed our guests expectations hence please rest assured that your concerns are duly noted for our further follow ups.
