The location and the price of the villa was great. We loved the area and facilities

The neighbor had a rooster that started crowing at 2;30 a.m and didn’t stop.

The property was very dirty and didn’t live up to the photos. We didn’t have hot water in the showers on arrival and the pool was very cold. There was a cat that was very loud plus music nearby and roosters which woke us early. It was expensive for what you got.

Incredibly spacious for 6 of us. Essentially 3 wings. Beautiful Villas lots of space. A bit tired in areas. Would definitely book here again.

Cooking facilities not really adequate for cooking for 6 people.

Large villa tucked behind the shops so felt private & secure, good sized bedrooms, 2 bedrooms are adjoined with bathroom between them (good for families with young children), large sitting area, washing machine, wifi, large pool with shallow areas (great for young kids), walking distance to shops, restaurants, supermarkets & money changers, staff were friendly & helpful.

Pool was cold although very refreshing on a hot day, we would have used it more if it was a few degrees warmer. No safe to keep money & passports in.

A very spacious villa with multiple rooms and a large pool to enjoy.

However, it needs some renovation and better cleaning for a more comfortable stay. Also, be aware that there are cameras monitoring your activity.

The location is awesome, you can find everything u outside the villa. Many stores, restaurants, spas…. Very very convenient!

The room is quite unclean.under the bed, and the wooden bed frame, haven’t been cleaned for years….i guess

Overall, this was more like renting someone's home (AirBnb or Vrbo) than a "hotel" that offers villas-- and having the right expectations is helpful. Pros: - Located on a convenient side street near the center with lots of restaurants. - Beautifully laid out-- felt very "zen" to us.   - Staff greeted us and were friendly. - Nice kitchen with water machine. - Clean enough.

Overall, this was more like renting someone's home (AirBnb or Vrbo) than a "hotel" that offers villas-- and having the right expectations is helpful. Cons: - Hard to find for getting dropped off or delivery (it's down a passage between two stores). - The pool seemed cloudy.  They insisted it was clean-- and it was free of leaves-- but nobody felt it was clean enough to want to swim. - No guest toilet-- every toilet required passing through a bedroom. - Open layout meant lots of mosquitos.  One bedroom had an open-air toilet. - Main TV did not work (they had us swap in the smaller one) - Starting to show wear & tear, e.g. doors not shutting tightly, sofa slightly stained. - The staff could have demonstrated more practical tips like how to turn on the fan, tv, etc.
