The service was impeccable. The lobby, the Ambassador Lounge on top floor are high quality. The pool deck is lovely. The pool bar was not really utilised much. The gym is basic but good. There was a concert the first 2 nights we stayed. It was quite noisy at night.

Choice of breakfast is not as much as I expected but still nice.

Staff named Elva in reception helped me a lot with a check-in process. They upgraded our room to Ambassadors Club and my kids really enjoyed their afternoon tea.

the wooden furniture looks wore and old, the sides of the cabinet is dusty. When I turned on the sink for the first time, I found baby cockroach running from the sink hole to the wooden margin of the sink. maybe you could go check yourself and fumed room 1612.

average good hospitality, average room, average breakfast. But beautiful lobby, and I like the lifts, the three lifts are spacious and fast.

Shower head is leaky and water pressure is not even; faulty lights that cant be switched off so i have to keep it on all night which is not good for my sleep; buffet breakfast spread is average

At a more closer look, you can see that the place (room) is here and there a bit worn off. The surrounding areas are safe, yet not perfect if you come as a tourist (heavy traffic, narrow and run down sidewalks, the close metro station is useless because the metro is still not in operation).

Good hotel, not top of the tops yet very friendly staff, especially the guys of the meeting room facilities.

The bathroom doesnt have jetspray sadly but it does have bidet. The breakfast doesn't have many variations like other hotels and the taste are average but it was okay. The service is great.

I love eveything! The bed is comfortable the room is super clean the building itself looks amazing and big. The staffs are nice. I only stay one night but I'd love to stay here again.

The room is old and not very clean.. found hairs in bathrooms and some part of the room. The aircond was not working well during hot day time.

The worst service I ever discovered in a hotel!!! I already paid in Booking.com app and received a payment confirmation email. On arrival they claimed that it is not paid even then app said it is paid and the receipt as well! They forced me to pay again! So I got charged twice! Only offer reporting to Booking.com they admit the mistake. But still no refund! Unbelievable!!! Instead of just voiding the payment they say they will take 2 weeks to refund. So I’m still charged twice!!! Really bad hotel!!!

When we request for a twin bed room, we were on the 12th flr. (We were upgraded to ambassador flr when chk-in). The staff had helped us transfer our barang-barang to the "new" room. but when we returned at night, realise that 1 of the bedsheet was very dirty. Called housekeeping and waited for half an hr but no one came. Tried to call several time again but no one ans. Finally the call was directed to frontdesk and within 10mins someone came. The bedsheets were changed and the guy was polite. But I have wasted more then one hr and was so tired. Photos were taken by the staff. He said he will highlight to the management. This is not a complain but to highlight coz it really spoil the mood and good impression of the hotel. Also, we made reservation for spa treatment on our arrival day. Was told after 2pm then they have 2 staff. So we reserve 2pm. But when we reached the spa at 1350H, there is no record of our booking and was told to reserve for night treament.as they have only 1 staff.🤣 and at 1430h there is already a reservation.. We have no choice but to go elsewhere for the spa. Overall, still a pleasant stay as most of the staff were polite and friendly.

We are thankful to Elsa at the reception. She is patient and helpful. She is pro-active and warm. :) Would also like to thank Pak Irwan (Hope I got his name correct) from the restaurant. He really tried hard to help us made a Spa reservation when we told him we can't get thru the line. Appreciate his effort and we are thankful.🙏

There is no proper bar in this hotel, and the one in the ground floor provides only beer and wine.
