    Las habitaciones de de planta baja, muy cerca de la piscina, por lo que falta algo de intimidad

    Kahayana Suites Ubud es simplemente excepcional. La amabilidad, calidez y atención genuina de todo el personal hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera inolvidable. Todo estaba impecable, perfectamente organizado, y la comida del restaurante era deliciosa. Disfrutamos de un masaje balinés de una hora que fue increíble, y nuestra habitación con vistas a la piscina era preciosa y muy cómoda. La gente que trabaja aquí realmente marca la diferencia. ¡Muy recomendable!

    Un oasis de tranquilidad cerca del centro de ubud. El staff fue muy atento y servicial en todo momento. Tanto la habitación como la piscina se encuentran limpias y cuidadas. La comida del restaurante muy rica. Te facilitan el alquiler de vehículos directamente.

    Muy bueno todo, la piscina, desayuno y personal muy amable y siempre atentos. Habitaciones amplias y limpias.

    Hubo trabajos que comenzaban antes de las 8 a.m. justo frente a nuestra habitación. Sabemos que fue algo puntual y coincidió con nuestra estadía

    Hotel super bien cuidado, habitaciones amplias modernas y con enchufes europeos. El personal es supr amable. Destacar el restaurante del hotel que tiene precios super asequibles y se come increíble. Aún estando en obras a nosotros no nos afectó en nada porque estaba en la fase final y era de 9 a 17h que no estábamos ya en el hotel. No está centrico pero no supone un problema porque el ambiente es super calmado y en pocos minutos estás en el centro.

    Lo unico que destacaría es que cobran por el servicio de limpieza de la habitación y que las habitaciones no están muy insonorizadas.

    Todo muy bien! Las instalaciones en perfecto estado bastante nuevo todo. La habitación bastante grande y muy limpia. Nos ha gustado mucho la zona para relajarse y la piscina muy bien! El wi-fi funciona muy bien. El restaurante de enfrente muy bien también! En general el hotel muy bien! No tengo palabras para describir la amabilidad del personal. Siempre dispuesto a ayudar, muy amables y siempre te atienden con una sonrisa que se agradece mucho. Sobre todo la chica de la recepción Era y el chico Wire (si no recuerdo mal los nombres). Volveremos seguro! Recomendable 100%

    Es un pequeño hotel boutique, muy cuidado con detalle. Muy limpio y el personal muy agradable.

    El desayuno estaba muy rico y de calidad pero eran raciones pequeñas y tienes que elegir únicamente una opción.

    Calidad precio excepcional, con un personal super agradable y unas instalaciones geniales. Estan ampliando el hotel para icnluir un gimnasio y una zona de yoga!

    Coincidió nuestra estancia con las obras de ampliación del hotel, aunque al comentar con el staff la incomodidad del ruido, nos cambiaron de habitación y solucionaron el problema.

    No ponen toalla de manos y las toallas muy viejas. Además solo hay 1 barra en la pared para colgar una toalla, con lo cual te limita poder secar las dos. El agua del baño sale hirviendo, deberían de poner un cartel en el lavabo ya que resulta peligroso. El baño olía fatal y había OBRAS 🏗️ que empezaban a las 8:30 AM y no avisaron con antelación. Esto nos pareció un detalle muy feo, ya que deberían de advertir al cliente. El restaurante LENTÍSIMO, 1h para dos platos, entre ellos uno frío (ensalada). Te hacen elegir el desayuno el día de antes con el pretexto de tenerlo listo al día siguiente y evitar retrasos pero no sirve para nada porque llegan a tu mesa para corroborar tu elección y tardan muchísimo, muchas veces olvidando ponerte el zumo o no atendiendo a las peticiones especiales como añadir leche para el café. Un poco lejos del centro de Ubud. ⚠️ Para rematar la estancia, me olvidé mis sandalias de trekking y no me las han devuleto porque dicen que ahí NO están. Muy poco profesional la seguridad y las políticas de la empresa. Ya que ahí fue donde me las dejé y no salieron del hotel, creo que alguien del servicio o el siguiente cliente se las quedó.

    Fuimos el año pasado y nos gustó el trato, el desayuno y la tranquilidad.

    Han dejado que un grupo de influyensers montar fiesta hasta las 5 de la mañana, nos despertaron varias veces. Nadie les ha llamado la atención y hay una obra que empieza las 6 de la mañana a dar martillazos, cuando uno está de vacaciones quiere descansar no? El año pasado el desayuno era self service y ahora es a la carta y malo.

    Todo en general es espectacular (Tal como en las fotos). Las habitaciones son amplias y con escritorio, las áreas sociales son hermosas, luminosas, muy relajantes, una súper piscina. El staff de lujo, todos siempre dispuestos a ayudar y con una sonrisa en la cara a todo momento radiando una energía súper positiva. Fácil acceso bien sea en auto o en moto (a solo 13 mis del centro de Ubud). Un súper lugar tanto para teletrabajar y disfrutar de vacaciones.

    Más variedad en las frutas del desayuno.
