El personal siempre muy atento y tanto el desayuno como el resto de comidas son de buenísima calidad y un buen precio. Tuvimos que alquilar una moto y ellos nos lo gestionaron todo. El mejor hotel de los que hemos estado en Bali.

Comentario auténticoNos gustó mucho la tranquilidad de su ubicación, el trato del personal, y la zona de la piscina. Un hotel boutique con un trato muy cercano y dedicados a ayudar. Repetiría.
Quizás el desayuno un poco escaso. Falta variedad y cantidad. La zona donde lo tomas es muy agradable. Falta un poco de mantenimiento en las paredes de la habitación porque tienen un poco de humedad.

Falta cuidar mejor el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, sobre todo las paredes que tenían bastante humedad. A pesar de esto fue una estancia buena.

Comentario auténticoel complejo es muy bonito en su conjunto. La piscina en el centro del complejo rodeada de vegetación, el sitio emana paz y tranquilidad. Es un hotel que con una buena dirección tiene mucho potencial, pero le falta visión empresarial.
el desayuno tipo menú (3 menús cerrados) no nos gustó ya que este lugar se merece un mini buffet. Las habitaciones le faltan mantenimiento(humedades en pared y habitación) El vater estaba suelto y olía a cañería. La decoración de la habitación es regulera.
