Too many kids taking over the pool area. Not the resorts fault…I was aware that kids were allowed, I just couldn’t imagine how much they would spoil my stay. My mistake. The food isn’t very inspiring.

Everything was perfect with the room. Comfortable beds. The gardens and pool were lovely. Staff friendly and nothing was too much trouble.

Lovely small boutique villas away from the main road. Nice touches such as chocolates on the bed in the evening and afternoon tea. Very quiet with a gorgeous pool, plenty of loungers and delicious food options. The bikes were a great addition too. Staff were lovely.

Beautiful oasis tucked away from the main road. Still an easy walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. Loved the use of the bikes for a ride along the beach boardwalk. Staff were wonderful and the breakfasts were amazing.

Klumpu is a paradise tucked away in back lanes from the main roads…yet it is so close to everything as well. The food (especially included breakfast) are perfection, staff/gardens/facilities exceptional. I cannot rate this property high enough.

An absolute gem of a place. We stumbled upon Klumpu resort a little by accident. We were staying in Ubud and moved on a day early because of bad weather. This booking was a quick decision but was one of the BEST we made in Bali. Simply perfect!

Large window with no blind/curtain and outside lights meant room was very light at night.

8 villas only so it was nice and quiet. Easy to get a pool lounge. Staff were responsive. Rooms attended to twice per day. Short walk to sanur Main Street and beach.

Mainly the menu. They need more non Indonesian options, more entries options and definitely more desert options! Finally, it was the most expensive hotel we've stayed and I am not sure it totally worth its value in comparison. Definitely pricey... specially thinking about the food and breakfast options and the size of the room

Staff is amazing, very nice and accommodating! The massages were also top! Very good quality bed linen and towels! The bathroom ammenities were a nice touch! And the free shuttle is a great addition!

The only slight down side is the distance to the beach. Only a 10 minute walk or 5 minute ride, down two alleys and a short stretch of main road. The main road was very busy sometimes, so we walked the bikes on the footpath.

Klumpu is a small but incredible resort, with amazing attention to detail that makes you feel so welcomed and so well looked after. It’s the little things, like the flowers placed in your room, the immaculate gardens and pool, the water and chocolates delivered to your room at night, the great coffee, the candles around the pool at night, the friendly smiles from the staff, the silky sheets, the supplied insect repellent and sunscreen, the robes, the welcome drink on arrival, the free use of bikes…all these things and more that make it feel like so much care has been put into every detail to make your stay more special. It’s quiet and peaceful and so beautiful. If you’re not sure about booking, this is a strong recommendation to book!

I didn’t like that with the light from the exterior lighting comes through the top decorative round window, and the curtains weren’t block out, so the room was quite light at night, preference a dark room for sleeping.

Presentation and attention to detail were amazing. Staff friendly and extremely helpful. The area was quiet, but still close enough to the main areas.
