Internet was poor things were dirty The owner was difficult to communicate with We asked for a xtra night and he said we could extend one more night The next day we had a snorkeling trip When we got baack we were told there was no room for us and the owner had emailed us the night before telling us Unfortunately for us we are not checking our emails regularly why we are on our honeymoon We asked at 7.20pm for the extra night at 7.30pm we got a email saying we can not have a extra night The owner had our whatsapp number the there was still staff working he didn't take the time or care he could not have messaged us on whatsapp or call the staff to tell us The staff at the property were great the owner not at all

This is probably the best accommodation you can choose at the island. The Mashroom beach (harbor) is near, shops, bars, restaurants. Also, it's the cleanest one we've been in so far. Big thanks to the staff, they are wonderful!

The bedroom was very comfortable, and the outdoor bathroom was refreshing (although only the toilet and sink are underneath the roof, so if it rains, you are showering in the rain too!). The staff was very friendly and attentive. Attached photos show the views from my bedroom and the bathroom.

I honestly appreciated this property so much for my last minute stay, and the only thing that detracts from the property compared to other options in this area is that there is no waterfront view.

The bungalows were super clean, spacious, and set in gorgeous gardens. But the best part was the amazing staff. Huge thanks to Made for helping me out when I had to move from another hotel. Always so kind and helpful, with the loveliest smile. This place has such a warm vibe, run by a beautiful family. Felt really special staying here.

The sound insulation isn’t great, so you can hear your neighbours and occasionally the local pub. But honestly, it was pretty minimal and didn’t take away from the overall experience.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised all of our transfers which all ran smoothly. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The breakfast was a choice of pancakes, eggs or Indonesian with juices which were all very good. The location was quiet the majority of the time with easy access to mushroom bay. The outdoor bathrooms were nice.

A couple of the things, such as the transfers, laundry, taxis etc. organised ended up costing a bit more than indicated. The music at the local bar is pretty loud at night on top of the fireworks (which they can't do much about), it didn't bother us much but might not be ideal for little kids.

We loved our stay at Koji. All staff were so friendly and helpful a lovely family run place. Manager, Made, was always onsite, happy to talk and give information. He booked a trip to Nusa Penida for us. Room was very clean and a great size. Great bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Fresh juice every morning. Eggs cooked for our order, delicious everyday. Beautiful gardens, well looked after, pool very clean and refreshing.

Everything was perfect Wifi was strong all the time.

Great location, walking distance to famous Mushroom bay and Tamarind beach. Very nice staff, great breakfast, nice clean and comfortable room. They provided welcome drinks and arranged a scooter for rent which was really nice. The staff gave a detailed idea of places to visit and explore in this beautiful island.

A TV in the room would have made it a perfect TEN, I deducted one star for that reason

The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. He gave us lots of information on arrival. He even helped with carrying luggage to Mushroom Bay. Thank you.

The grounds are really well cared for , the huts are clean and exactly what we expected for the price. Nice to have a day bed / side seat in the hut to relax in. Good location: We loved the walk to mushroom bay and surrounding areas. 4-5 minutes max . Nice restaurants and spas in both directions. Clean pool. The staff were exceptional!! We cannot thank Made enough for making our stay so enjoyable- he was fantastic with our almost 3 year old toddler and always around to offer anything we might need. Simple but nice breakfast served with a smile daily. We would stay here again.

Minimal sound proofing- we did hear music from the local bar every night but stopped early and not loud enough to keep our toddler awake. We don't love outdoor bathrooms but understand why some places in Bali have them. At least This one was cleaned daily and functional. Unfortunately the rain didn't stop this June and because of that there were more mosquitoes around than usual.

Quiet family run accommodation, off main street. Cute individuals huts with outdoor bathroom. Large air conditioned room, the large bed was comfortable with Mosquito net. Two steps downstairs to large outdoor bathroom. Great looking up at palms trees while showering! Breakfast was delicious, adequate portion size, coffee or fresh juices. Staff arranged boat trips, scooter hire, ferry crossing and pick up. Highly recommend, great value and only short walk to mushroom beach.

Beautiful huts in a peaceful garden, very tastefully decorated and thoughtfully built (spacious, plenty of plug sockets, good lighting). Great shower (hot and powerful) and fantastic outdoor bathroom, large comfortable bed with intact mosquito net, and nice private decking with good chairs. Wifi works great, breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, location was excellent - easy walking to a variety of restaurants, coffee etc, as well as some nice sunset spots. Owners were lovely, very kind and helpful, provided scooter hire and organised a snorkel tour for us too. One of our favourite stays in 9 months of travel - we would love to visit again!

We stayed 8 nights and loved it. The staff were incredibly helpful (booking transfers and activities) and went above and beyond to make it a really enjoyable stay. We were travelling with a 1 year old so it was nice to have the pool and a grass area for her to run around on. Mushroom Bay is a short stroll which is a great swimming beach with restaurants.

Excellent staff especially Made a most hospitable man alway cheery and helpful. Delicious breakfast of fresh juices and enough options to suit even a fussy eater - omelette is highly recommended.
