Cleanliness needs to be improved. The hallway/corridor floors always looked dirty and we had ants in our room and could see dust suggesting the cleaners aren’t doing a great job when cleaning. The sunbed cushions also looked dirty and cushions weren’t put out daily (they expect you to put it out yourself from a pile of cushions left indoors which is odd). There was only one pillow each in the room, we did ask for more which they did give but it seemed odd there was only one pillow each to start with. The rooms and hotel feel a bit tired but it is suitable for the price.

Rooms were spacious. Pool area was nice. Breakfast choices were good. The price was good value. Staff were friendly.

Great location and nice clean place. Great value for money and lovely staff working there. Pool is cleaned daily as well as the grounds. Off main road but 4 mins walk to the main shopping and restaurants and cafes. I would come back

We stay in a pool room where there’s a view. I love the quietness and space and the fact that we can have fresh air in the room. The staff are all lovely. We enjoyed the new breakfast menu too.

Minor aspects... The room is a bit tight; lots of space wasted with the long wide hallway. Could have used some hooks on the wall to make the room more functional.

The vibe is very relaxed & the location was a short walk from the Main Street. It had a parking lot next to the lobby/restaurant which made it comfortable to wait for ride shares/taxi.

The towels were quite smelly and the aircon was a bit small considering the size of the room. The breakfast was just average.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. I also liked the cleanliness and design of the room.

The bathroom needed a deeper clean and there was a drain smell whenever you flushed the toilet. The breakfast had multiple choices but it wasn't the best. Overall we were happy with the hotel for the price we paid, and we mainly used this hotel to leave our main cases while we visited more remote areas on the island so we actually only slept here 3 nights. Therefore it was disappointing that we were charged for the bed sheet which had a small stain from some suncream on it because they said this would not be able to be washed out, however they hadn't tried to wash it out. In my opinion, a hotel should take into consideration that there may be a need for replenishing sheets due to suncream stains etc, it felt unnecessary to charge us for the sheet. I would understand if there had been a burn or food stain but charging us for an accidental stain in a holiday destination where you obviously need to apply sunscreen put a real downer on the end of our holiday. My advice would be if you notice absolutely anything wrong in your room then tell the staff so that they can't charge you for it when you leave.

The pool area is lovely and it's in a quieter area of Seminyak so it's very peaceful. The room was large and clean with a nice balcony. There is multiple choice on the breakfast.

it was at the end of a long lane way and therefore very quiet with no street noise. We really appreciated the large open space too - it was a tranquil retreat from the hustle and bustle on the nearby streets. We had a pool view room and it was lovely to be so close to it.
