Only thing that could have made it better was improving the cocktails. Thought these were very disappointing and the wine also not good. Difficult to think of what else to drink as a female who didn’t want to drink beer at sunset!

We stayed in a gorgeous bungalow. The pool area was fantastic with great views for sunset and the food very good for Bali in the restaurant.

A bit distant and a bit hard to get there with all the Bali traffic but I guess everywhere would be like that.

Excellent spot , no need to leave the resort they got everything you need there with quality and great service.

Almost nothing! Was so good. The only small small thing was the pressure in the overhead shower wasn't good. But the handheld was fine. The pillows were also not the best.

Wow. The photos don't do it justice! This place is just gorgeous! Location is stunning. Whilst there's a long bumpy road to get there (and many places!), once you're in, it's like another world. Sunsets are beautiful from the infinity pools, there's access to the little beach below, and the huts are so big and spacious. Service was very attentive, carrying bags, checking for more drinks, checking satisfaction of the food. Which was really good! Breakfast in particular, was very very good.. The room was very spacious, cool enough with the AC, and a big bathroom. It even had incense to burn. We're just so sad we were only there for two nights - could have stayed a week!

No bar, only one place to dine, limited menu. Too far to walk to other restaurants and taxi took 45 min to go out elsewhere.

This place is beautiful - the garden and the inifinity pools overlooking the ocean are magnificent. It is great for a romantic stay or a retreat, the place is calm and you can enjoy the sound of the ocean in the background. The food and drinks were delicious and the private beach was very beautiful, however we did not swim in the ocean due to a very strong current. I don't know if we were unlucky, or it stays like this throught the year (if it is something important to you, I recommend additional research).

All the photos online are off the bungalows, the only availability was rooms that dont have views, just white walls. They don't show them online. Would have been nice if they showed what the "other" rooms looked like!

The pools and sund beds and views are all amazing. Spa on cliff edge. Restaurant id called The View for a very good reason.

Local taxis are outside do not order an online taxi to collect you. You can be dropped at the property by taxi but not collected. Unless it is a private transfer company collecting you if you wish to go out you will need to use local taxi or walk to the top of the t intersection. Hotel does not have this in their info but there are signs on the road you could miss.

The pools were beautiful and the location on the cliff side incredible. We had all meals here and dinner was delicious and quality produce.

Will be nice to have live music in the evening or some movie night. To have some entertainment at the hotel will be the wonderful thing. Will be good to have Hair conditioner, slippers and bath robe at the villa . Outside the hotel is a lot of rubbish along the road to hotel and around it. I think hotels should take care of it as it is also a part of visitors impression about the place. 3 hotel can clean the area around in one day. Sad to see that the beautiful nature of Bali covered by so much rubbish.

Only thing I didn't like was the bbq calamari was very bland for my taste.

The stay is exquisite. The whole experience was great. The staff had a great attitude and were helpful. The restaurant had a good view and decent food and drink options available. We really loved the room - we had the seaview lodge and it was stunning. If you are able to visit this hotel, you absolutely must!
