There were so very much mosquitos in the room. No toiletries in bathroom. Much noise from the street because the windows and walls had a lot of cracks.

The rooms were big and clean. The AC worked. Beds were hard but very ok. Staff was nice.

Was a bit confused about who to get help from to book onwards transport, as after we had spoken to one guy trying to sell us a tour the other staff didn't seem to want to get involved even to book just a bus ticket.

Good value option for a short stay located close by to a couple of vegetarian restaurants.

We had a lot of issues with mosquitoes getting into the room (maybe from the bathroom?) our room was quite small with broken furniture so it was hard to squeeze past the beds. Mattresses are hard but extra pillows available on request.

The location is great, walking distance to Fort Rotterdam. The breakfast is basic (omelette toastie) but does the job and it’s very good value for money. Hot shower was a big bonus!

Great wifi, great AC. Friendly staff who know all the inside and outs about travel 8n Sulawesi. Cheap, and cheerful. Also very close to lots of good seafood warungs. Stayed there twice.

A great place to explore Makassar while you are on your way to Toraja or other parts of Sulawesi. The rooms are spacious, the bathroom has hot water and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The people of Legenda Beril were very helpfull with my trip, helping me get the bus ticket to Tana Toraja and getting to Malino. The location was pretty good as the things I wanted to see were all within walking distance.

There two persons at the reception. The guy is very nice and helpful and gave us good tips for transportation. We found the lady quite opportunistic and only willing to sell us the tours and assistance from a friend of her.

This hotel is good value for money. Reception open 24/7. Clean room with AC. Good position, next to Rotterdam fort and walking distance from the main mosque.

Bed a little firm for me but got used to it after the first night and ended up being OK for other 3 nights.

Lift. Hot Water. WIFI. Seating area on verandah. Omelette jaffle for breakfast. Convenience store 2 min walk. Close to Fort Rotterdam and easy walk to restaurants, fast food and coffee. Great value for money. More hotel than hostel. Basic but ticks almost all boxes.

Nice roome, hot shower, nice bed. Staff very helpful and friendly. We arrived with a night bus early in the morning and were directly allowed in our room. Breakfast is ok.

The hostel was in a good location, near good restaurants and coffee places. The staff were really nice and helpful. The room was super clean with AC working well, nice table to work and a good mattress. Overall our stay was fantastic I would definitely come back.

It was really run down and not reflective of the photos. Our broken bedside table was held up with a stool, and the room was dingy. It really wasn't close to anywhere.

The owner was very friendly, but we were disappointed in this accommodation, considering the 8+ reviews.
