The gardens were lovely. Picking breakfast from the menu was great and enjoying it by the Ocean. It was easy to get a day bed by the pool.

It was very noisy in the evenings. When you were in your room at night, you could hear the music, and one night, it was so intense til 2am. For this reason we wouldn't stay again. It said nothing about this on the reviews. And if it did, we would not have picked the hotel.

A lovely seafront property with a good pool and charming staff, who wanted to please.

The pool is very deep. Not a problem for me, but limiting for kids or non swimmers. Finns Beach Club next door is the major let down for this hotel, it it’s not their fault! However the music on weekends starts up Mid afternoon and continues well after midnight, getting louder. Take your earplugs. However I think this keeps the price affordable.

location, rooms very clean and spacious, onsite restaurant very nice. Very Close to Finns and a good street of shops and cafes, and only a 10 minute scooter ride to main Canggu

Great staff. Good beach location, beach access, nice pool and grass area.

Noisy at night due to proximity to Finn's Beah Cl;ub.

PERFECT location! Steps from the beach and you can hear the ocean from the rooms. You get to experience Cenggu without getting sucked into the absolute chaos of being further inland. If you're into the day clubs, this location is prime. If you're not into clubs, the noise stops each night around 11pm, so don't be deterred by the proximity to Finns. The breakfast is fantastic and the staff is incredibly friendly and very accommodating.

Slight sewage smell came from the water in the showers (I think related to the water heaters). We let showers run for about 2-3 mins before getting in each day.

The breakfasts were delicious and included with the room rate.

The noise from the beach club next door. Even inside my room with earplugs, I could still hear it.

Location was excellent. This hotel is directly across the street from the world famous Finn beach club. I could hear the music at night and see the flashing lights on the tall palm trees. Room 35. I was on the 3rd floor. This hotel does not have an elevator. So you need to request a 1st floor room if you want or need a lower floor. Breakfast was great and came with the room. Great hotel, great stay, great location. I would stay again.

The mattress in my room 35 was hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were very flat. The hotel does not have an elevator, so if you need a 1st floor room you must send a request ,/ communication to the hotel. You will not be on a 1st room unless you ask for a 1st room.

Good location for Finn’s and atlas no need for taxi you can walk

Was great to be so close to the clubs but the noise after the first night kept me awake but not for the full night however I did expect it to be noisy so it was not such of an issue for us

Hotel location directly in front of the surf.

The only disappointing thing was the noise from the 2 beach clubs either side of the hotel, especially Saturday nights. Not the fault of the hotel though. Nothing they can do about that.

I was quite surprised by the quality of this hotel. We booked it as an easy gateway to the FINNS beach club nearby but were quite satisfied with what we found. The rooms were big and had a great view of the pool and the beach. Food was great - breakfast was a la carte and they also had a small buffet with fresh juices, sweets and fruits. The swimming pool is open 24/7 - an arrangement I don't think I've seen before and mind you - there were kids in the pool when we returned from the club late in the evening. The staff were very nice and polite and they also had a private parking for us which proved invaluable. The music from the bar was not that loud and I could hardly heard anything with the balcony door closed.

Maybe a bit can be done to improve the cleaning - there were dirty plates and glasses on a small table in the corridor next to our room when we went out to FINNS at 1pm. They were still there when we returned in the evening and still there when we went for breakfast next day in the morning. Other then that, the room and the other areas seemed clean and well maintained.

I got food poisoning, most likely from the water or the fruits served at breakfast. Cleanliness and hygiene need to be improved.
